The family you're referring to, is it your own immediate family or parents/sibling's. Your immediate family is your strongest home tie in addition to other home ties such as job, assets etc. So do well to include them as your home tie even your extended family too especially parents.

Many have gotten approval without attaching a quantity surveyors evaluation report considering the cost of their services. You may do well to just swear an affidavit of fact to state that such property is yours and quote the price in the affidavit. But whereby you can afford their services, do well to get it. But note that having it or not does not dictate the direction your application will go.

Get a letter of introduction from your company which stated your job functions and not just job position.

Those you mentioned are job position and not job functions. As a layman(same as VO's), cant assume I know your job functions from just looking at your job role.

That will help you write about it in the SOP and the LoI will now serve as a backup to your job function(s) claims before the VO

You should only be scared of your 17 years study gap, if you had wanted to go for a PG.CERT program related to your degree (ELECT/ELECT. engineering), cos it won't sound convincing to them

If your work experience (Job description, duties) in the bank align with this PG. CERT program and its course outline (curriculum), yes you can go for it.

I applied for this course in same school and I was not accepted because I don't have av IT background.... so i opted for strategic global business management ...am also a banker with 10yrs experience. If you have background in IT, u are likely to get it.

Also, start training your kids to eat small portions instead of the monstrous portions they eat that make them pot bellied and obesed. Better for them to eat 4 times a day instead of their usual 3 that is actually 6.

Morning fresh should not be finishing in 2 weeks, detergent shouldnt be finishing quickly biko, buy blue harpic instead of white so you could easily see when you've added enough to the toilet, no more running ACs all the time or even ironing the children's socks .....
