He should try to calm himself whenever he's angry and learn not to speak in such situations. I stutter when I'm vexed. My younger brother stammers too but he sings (I can say he's the best choir master I've seen grin

If your friend has a good voice, encourage him to start singing. That's going to help him. Stammerers are great people but their temper no be here.

I think from what she wrote she meant pepper soup used to eat rice. That's how it's done in Akwa Ibom (pepper soup and rice. Them no get time for stew). And I'm guessing she grew up there cos she's from there. No be rich man food as such. A plate of rice and pepper soup is about 150 to 200 Naira.

I just had to comment. I happened to be in AKS during the general elections (both). PDP is a Religion in that state. Saying APC would win there is more like saying PDP will in Katsina.

Staging a protest in an LGA that is not mine is even scary sef not to talk of State. Me I go pick fight wey I fit win oooo. I no fit fight people wey get area oooo. Those days in secondary school (I was in the dormitory), a day student dare not fight a boarder inside the school premises, you wan die? While serving also, we were advised to respect the natives and I adhered to that instruction even when I felt slighted. You don't enter the site and start digging trenches without consulting the natives (I think Yorubas call them Omonile). Na so e be oooo.

It's very possible sir, especially if the building will be situated on a loose soil. In this case we will need raft foundations which costs money.
