Chocolate chip cookie recipe

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt salt
1 sticks (12 tablespoons) softened unsalted butter
1.5 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Directions

preheat to 350 degrees F.

Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Whisk together the flour, baking soda and 1 teaspoon salt in a large bowl.

Beat the butter and sugar on medium-high speed in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment (or in a large bowl if you’re using a hand mixer). Beat until light and fluff.

Add the eggs, one egg at time, while continuously beating after each addition to mix well.
Add in the vanilla and mix well.
Reduce the speed to medium, add the flour mixture and mix lightly.
Add in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Scoop the cookie dough about 2 inches apart onto each of your prepared baking sheets. If you care for a round shape, roll the dough into smooth balls with slightly oiled hands. Otherwise just bake it without rolling. That will give you my amoeba shape cookies


Bake until golden but still soft in the center, about 10-13 minutes for chewy cookies and 15-20 minutes for crunchier cookies.

Let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet, and then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy.

Ajibade s supposed to be one of the best players in this team but she is a let down. She in my opinion one of the worst. Her ball juggling skills go AWOL whenever she’s playing, she can be slow in making decision and when she does, she executes poorly. She sometimes hold onto the ball a bit too long when she’s supposed to release to a better placed player. She over hits her passes or passes a bit too short.

Best player in the team so far is the tall Yekini like no 9, Onumonu. She need to improve on her shooting though.

The Ajibades, Chikwelu, Ayinde need to improve their games. This is not the falcon of old.

Congrats to them but this isn’t the team to judge or make any assesment. This Botswana team conceded 4 against Burundi and Burundi.

Channels Television had reported their arrival at Westminster Magistrates Court for the continuation of their trial.

Ekweremadu and his wife, Beatrice were arrested by the British Police on June 23 on allegations of Human Trafficking and Organ Harvesting that violate the country's Modern Slavery Act.

Giving an update from the courts premises on Thursday, Channels Television's correspondent, Juliana Olayinka, said the court accepted that the kidney donor in Ekweremadu's case is not minor.

She said the prosecution has accepted that he is 21 years old.

The court thereafter fixed August 4 as the date for the next hearing.

Just yesterday, the Federal High Court Abuja ordered the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) to transmit the certified True Copy (CTC) of the bio-data information of an alleged Minor to the Attorney General of the Federation for onward transmission to the UK to aid Ekweremadu Trials.
