Senator Bukola Saraki & Dogara, Nigerians are still waiting to see NASS 2016 budget to be made public.

NASS should put up a breakdown for the public to see how and where their allocated funds are spent. Knowing how the money is spent provides an opportunity for public scrutiny of the bill and plugging of wasteful spending.

NASS is made up of 469 lawmakers (less than 0.666 percent of the Nigerian population) allocating more money to itself than the budgets of 21 states in the Federation, this is wickedness and against the CHANGE APC promised.

Divorce is not recommended or even encouraged. The most that can be said is that sexual immorality and abandonment are grounds (an allowance) for divorce. Confession, forgiveness, reconciliation and restoration are always the first steps. It should only be regarded as a very last resort.
