Interesting twist... "Almajiri is a word borrowed from Arabic for someone who leaves his home in search of knowledge in Islamic religion. Ideally, the communities should support these children as they leave their families to become servants of Allah". http://thelawyerschronicle.com/almajiri-system-silent-child-abuse-in-northern-nigeria/The almajiri's is now being used as a political tool to win election in Northern Nigeria. manyr4luv: Nigerians should stop castigating his efforts. Because of our consumer mentality, many people can't understand his body language. The president means well for the country. From what has been going on economically, It shows that since 1999, Nigeria has been living a false life. Now that we can see the true picture, let's develop from there. Stop being a consumer and stop castigating his policies on Nairaland, wake up and start producing!!! Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. Whatever a man sows, he will reap in return. APC will surely reap all their past evil lies and propaganda, in this life and in the life to come. |

Politics › Re: How Not To Defend The President by Firefire(m): 3:46pm On Feb 20, 2016 |
4. Do not defend the president by repeatedly invoking Jonathan’s record. It is getting tiresome. Besides, it contradicts the foundation of Buhari’s political persona — that he is the ultimate anti-Jonathan. If we take him at his word, it would be insulting to compare him at every turn to Jonathan, and to celebrate him merely because “Jonathan did or would do worse.”
5. Do not question the patriotism of those who criticise Buhari. You are not more patriotic than them. Supporting Buhari is not the same as supporting Nigeria, and vice versa. |

Think Do you think anyone can still loot in this present condition (Oil price dwindling) if PDP still hold on to power ? Not minding APC craftiness of planned looting in her budget ?? Think deeply. |

HungerBAD: Kini big deal?
[s]So what does the Election Poster say exactly? that the Naira has been on a free fall from Jonathan's time. Jonathan and his minions mopped up all the Dollars that was in Circulation in Nigeria, when it became clear the PDP will lose the election. And the one that was not mopped up, was stolen by Dasuki in the Billions.
It is this artificial scarcity of the Dollars, created by ALLI BABA(Jonathan) and his 40 Thieves, that is giving us problems now. As i have repeatedly said, things in Nigeria will first get a little worse, before it gets better.
Nigeria's economic woe did not start today, it started from Goodluck Jonathan's time. [/s] You see your life, I tell you u no hear. you are now a complete laughing stock.

Firefire, since OBJ failed in his bid to stop Tinubu's momentum (he is waxing stronger), do you think taking up permanent residency on NL to moan will solve anything... Permanent residency like yours ? Well, by providence, the gods has graciously favored BAT, he should however stop further mortgaging the future of our children by acquiring the remaining space for his linage at iragbiji, because vanity upon vanity, he should be told, all is vanity.
