Mykevp2p: Oga Firefire, go remind passingshot that Buhari haven't made any appointment yet... he should start "talking" as he promised or they have another excuse? Thanks bro., A deafening shout-out to Ogbeni PassingShot You made this post 9:03am On Jun 03 PassingShot: Re: Buhari Set To Name Chief Of Staff, SGF, Other Aides Today:
He better do it today before I start my own round of venting!

I know the first few weeks may look discouraging given the fact that GEJ's transition committee did not hand over the necessary documents in time BUT surely PMB and his team must not disappoint - I believe. Today is June 6th more than 72 hours after your comment above, a week / 168 Hours since PMB was sworn-in! - Can you tell the house the level of your vexation now, in a scale of 0 - 100 ? - What are your thoughts on this continuous delay, procrastination and rigmarole from the "party in power" APC ? Thank you for your prompt and honest feedback.

BackDatAssUp: If you add up the number of people killed and properties destroyed by Fulani herdsmen in the middle belt who have since upped their silent genocide since Buhari was sworn in, we will arrive at no less than a combined total of 1000.

Ezemust: I need firefire, truckpusher, dearpreye and even barcanister in this thread My friend, we at this end wish Nigerians. We deserve the type of leaders we have. Common sense dictate that Buhari should announce his government first and put all government apparatus in order before making any "Thank you" tour. Whatever the conspiracy behind Boko Haram, let the senseless killing stop now. But I know one thing, the blood of the innocent men, women and children killed in this 'action film' are crying to God Almighty for vengeance. |

Bros, thanks for the compliment. However, we should be united against one thing in Nigeria, bad leadership. The last administration of Goodluck Jonathan was demonized to the extent that we forget that Nigeria has three tiers of government. We should demand accountability from all elected officials at all level. God bless Nigeria! |

Cc mogidi, firefire, barcanista, serveusnape My sister it goes beyond the allegation. The hand behind all this revelation and accusation is Bola Tinubu all in attempt to remove Gbajabiamila from the race. Every single element in APC have a rotten past which stinks to the high heavens. (And they are claiming Progressive) The war against Sen. Bukola Saraki and Hon. Gbajabiamila is to have a puppet Tinubu can control at will, moreover when the other human being belongs to everyone and to nobody. Nigeria is sick and needs divine intervention. |

StOla: We all agree that after fulfilling the requirements of the CCB to file their assets, any public disclosure is only honourable not mandatory.
Even my mum had to declare her widow's mite worth of assets as a federal civil servant during the 2nd half of the OBJ regime.
Yar Adua was a trail-blazer as regards public declarations, the question is why did Jonathan refuse to continue a noble tradition as President? Jonathan is now gone, what else do you want? |

Jonathan made his clarifications on his refusal 13months after he became elected president, and 25months after his presidency began.
I hope to hear declarations and not clarifications from Buhari within his first 100days. ok |

“Both the President and other leaders of APC have been in government for decades to warrant knowing exactly what they want to do and how they want to do it. Even those of us here at Nairaland, with less than a year into our formation as opposition, do have bold and visionary plan upon which we predicate our drive to govern Nigeria.”

Politics › Re: How Yar Adua Forced Jonathan To Declare His Assets Publicly As Vice-president by Firefire(m): 11:31pm On Jun 04, 2015 |
StOla: Indeed! He declared it against his wishes, because Yar Adua will not be fooled and therefore insisted.
But as President he refused, seeing there was no superior to force him. He then threw the Challenge to Tinubu and Lai Mohammed who were not holding public positions, and Fashola a State Governor. How presidential?
President Jonathan wanted Fashola a state governor to lead him?
Apparently, Jonathan never managed to pick up any leadership attributes from Yar Adua. Buhari, will eventually declare publicly as promised. Nigerians are waiting... |
