If we are to go by the context with which the OP related this news, then it'd be everyone calling for the head of the boy (or boys) involved, and that, despite serving measurable punishment would only amount to only one culprit being punished whereas there are no saints here.


As much as it seems, if the evidence is presented and viewed by only "classified individuals" without making it public, then you'll see that it's really not a case of rape but a product of bad parenting and negligence by the teachers.

However, if you're bent on standing with the fact that the video shouldn't be viewed, then it'll be safe to conclude that this is a false allegation and the acclaimed victim is a slanderer, and that also is a punishable offense.
