BusinessRe: How Sijibomi Ogundele Became Billionaire At 33 by FirstNg1: 6:23pm On Oct 19, 2017
Bagehot:
I went to his company's website out of curiosity. All the projects they claim to have either built or been involved in are 3D renderings - no substance. For a man who claims to have transacted N45 billion in real estate deals, there is shockingly nothing to show anywhere in the world.

Asides Sijibomi, everyone else on his 'management team' is either Indian or Arab: smelling a rat, I googled each of them. Only the Project Manager - Deepak Jondhale has a Linkedin account affiliated to Sujimoto (and I suspect its probably a plant);googled their architectural consultant -Rui Jorge Branco Cavaleiro, and came up with an independent architecture firm in Italy unaffiliated to Sujimoto; googled their Project Coordinator - Bagavade Eswar, and find that this person is not only unaffiliated with Sujimoto, but in fact runs what seems to be a fairly prosperous mid-sized engineering firm in India; finally checked out their board member - Yazeed Mohammad AlRahji on google, and it appears he is currently the chairman of a property firm in Saudi Arabia (Rahji Invest), while Bloomberg shows he served as an Independent Director of Jazan Development Company until May 27, 2016. I have a feeling this guy is stealing the pictures of different people in the real estate business in Asia, and using their pictures fraudulently on his site.

Oh, I also saw something on him renting his apartment in Ikoyi from a certain Akin Marinho, and going gung-ho after his rent was jacked up. SMH - the youngest billionaire does not even own his own home.
Great research work. This is what we all need to do - fact-checking all claims and shaming the fraudulent ones among us who cause honest, hardworking Nigerians to be disrespected world-wide!
Thank you.
You've probably saved someone somewhere much heartache and loss.

Psychotherapist ko, immunotherapist ni. I was in an abusive job for 2 years. When life became unbearable, I resigned. I thought that would help me want to live.

With all my certificates and academic intelligence, I can't go in search of new jobs because no sane employer will want me. I'm partially deaf. I can hear and discuss with only a person at a time. I have a talent. I told my pastor about it and je told me that the church may sponsor my training for another degree in that aspect. He said church Council will vote whether they should sponsor me or not. So, I have to be visible in all programs in the church. I started attending high profile meetings that include the elders but unable to contribute despite my vast experience in what we discuss because I won't hear others' views. So most of these people that matter think I'm clueless. I'm doing a job that ridicules me. Family members saw me and mocked me. I tried sports betting and I lost enough money. There is nothing a therapist can tell me that I don't know already. And if you see me in person, you might have mistakenly prayed that God should make you br like me.
I feel you brother.
Plenty, plenty trouble in this world!
But hang in there please. If you don't give up on yourself, you will eventually find THE WAY which works for you.

Have you considered searching the Internet for overseas scholarships for the sponsorship you need? You may find people, organisations and universities willing to train you so that you can help people with similar disabilities after your training.

Also consider businesses you can do online and jobs which do not involve direct dealings with multiple people - like editing, coding, etc.

Always remember that when you are weak, God is strong for you and on your behalf; and that God uses the weak things/people to confound the wise: the race is not to the strong.

Pray to find the power and advantage in your disability.

PEACE.

Have you ever wondered why?
Why he or she covers up the lies?
Why he or she doesn’t just leave?
Why he or she cannot see what you see?
Have you ever tried to understand?
Walk in his or her shoes if you can?
Ever think of the dangers that are at hand?
Do you realize the mental control that is in place?
Do you know the things that he or she must face?
Do you know what is possibly at stake?
How much careful planning it all takes?
Before judging and assuming, before victim bashing.
Be aware. Aware of the things that are most likely happening.
For a victim of abuse they may not be aware of the choices they have.
They may feel like no one cares.
Take into consideration of the brainwashing.
Being told that no one loves them.
Being told that it is their fault and that they deserve it.
Abuse goes so much deeper than a physical wound you may happen to see.
The mental, verbal and emotional abuse is not seen by the naked eye.
The invisible scars that lie deep beneath and hold so much control.
Have you ever wondered?
Have you ever really just wondered?
Why he or she is so closed off from the world?
Why he or she does not trust a single soul?
How hard it is for them to gain back their own self control?
Do you know what it is like to be a prisoner in your own mind?
To feel trapped even after you have already escaped?
Triggers: A scent, a sound, a touch, a day, a time, an event, a number of things that could send a person spiraling backwards in their healing.
The panic and anxiety attacks
The not wanting to leave from under the covers of your bed.
Never feeling safe.
Always feeling alone.
And you wonder why he or she goes back?
The sweet lies that drip from the tip of the abusers tongue.
The lies that have the victim turn back and run.
Run back to the arms of the one who causes the most pain.
Blinded by the disguise.
Not seeing their own demise.
All in order to feel “loved”
Have you ever wondered?
How he or she got there?
What has them stuck there?
Have you ever taken the time to fully understand?
What it is like to be controlled by another persons hand?
How someone once so strong could be so fragile?
How someone with so much confidence now insecure?
How someone who once was so full of life can now be so passionless?
Have you ever wondered?
What can you say?
What can you do?
To possibly get them to see the truth?
Truth is..
You can tell them until your face turns blue.
It isn’t that they don’t hear you or want to hear you.
They need to see the truth
For themselves.
They have to see their way out.
They have to see that they will be safe.
They have to get to that point.
The point where they have had enough.
Their eyes will be open
Where they will soon realize.
Everything that was said
Was nothing but lies.
It was all a disguise
To try and paralyze
A caterpillar from transforming into a butterfly.
Have you ever wondered?
Wao!
Tearing up.
So many people have been through so much; and carry many wounds and scars - mostly emotional and psychological, with or without the physical ones!
May God restore health to us all; and heal our wounds.

Were u able to sort this out?
Still on it.

The good thing is that SEC gave EDC REGISTRARS a query after I forwarded a copy of my email which was delivered to EDC two weeks earlier, but still without response till date.

I have to say that SEC responded promptly, so there is still hope for this country after all.
InvestmentRe: HELP! Registrars Fraustrating Shareholders Frm Getting Their Unclaimed Dividends by FirstNg1(op):

Write a mail to SEC, copy the Registrars and other top management of EDC Registrars.

Your mail should include the names and titles of the officers you met. Trust me something will be done.

I use pre paid meter in my house, but Ikeja Electricity disconnected power to my house, claiming by-pass..

I went to complain but told me to pay 150k. I wrote a mail to National Electricity Regulations Council, ministry of power and copied the MD, all directors, area managers of Ikeja Electricity. It didn't take 48 hours after my mail that my power was restored.

Not forgetting that I had been without light for a week before I wrote the mail. The guys who did the job were transferred to Ikorodu and one lost his job.
Thank you.
I did just that and SEC acted surprisingly promptly by giving EDC REGISTRARS a query. The matter is ongoing. I just hope that the SEC officials involved will not be compromised.

The level of impunity of people with any level of power/authority; the inconvenience, stress and trauma which they put us through, just for us to get value for money; and what is due and right, in this country is difficult to comprehend and hard to bear!

I'm glad you stood up for your right and the bad guys got what they deserve.

I will pursue this matter as far and as long as it takes.
PoliticsWhat Value Can You Add? Electricity, Internet, Etc Were Invented By Individuals by FirstNg1(op): 3:04pm On Sep 14, 2017
ELECTRICITY, AIRCRAFTS, CARS, BANKING, INTERNET, CODING, ETC WERE INVENTED / DISCOVERED / DEVELPED BY INDIVIDUALS, NOT GOVERNMENTS.

-WHAT CAN YOU INVENT / CREAT / DEVELOP / DESIGN OR CONTRIBUTE TO MAKE LIFE BETTER FOR YOURSELF, NIGERIANS AND THE WORLD?

*** This is not an academic exercise but for us to reflect - in the hope that we can have a paradigm shift and start to think differently.
Therefore, all the historical info may not be complete so please feel free to add to it or correct.

The important thing to know is that previous achievers did not wait for, or depend on governments. In fact, governments usually only come in afterwards to regulate the resultant markets created.

Single individuals or groups, not any government invented / created / designed / developed virtually everything we are all enjoying today and which has not only made life better but enjoyable for us all (and have been so for many generations) - usually through research funded by themselves or in collaboration with like minded people or interested businessmen / women.

The vast majority of the inventors and pioneers were self-taught, had no formal education at all or only basic education - certainly without University education; and never travelled beyond their immediate environment.
Today, so many are well educated, some even with multiple university degrees, and well travelled but what have we been able to convert the education, exposure and other opportunities into?
What's wrong?

EXAMPLES OF INVENTIONS

1) ELECTRICITY
Credited to Albert Einstein who discovered the AC Circuit (though someone else discovered the DC) over 100 years ago!
It was reported that almost a whole borough of New York had been lighted before their government became aware and then stepped in to regulate it.

Thanks to them, previously unimaginable human advancement, uncountable businesses and other opportunities, medical advancement, comfort, etc have become possible because of this single invention.

2) AIRCRAFT
The Wright Brothers were said to be bicycle repairers without even basic education. Yet they invested their dreams, passions, time and money into design after design; failure after failure, until they got it right. One of them eventually lost his life while test-flying the plane which they invented!

Thanks to them and many others like them, today, we can all travel the world in luxury and style and have been doing so for about 100 years!

3) MOTOR VEHICLES
Henry Ford and some others designed and manufactured vehicles.

Today, we can all travel far and near in relative comfort and speed.

4) THE RAIL ROAD / TRAINS
These were also originally designed, laid and run as a private enterprise.

5)PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography was discovered by an individual, who was reported not to have benefited from it financially but in fact died poor.

However, his discovery nevertheless became a blessing to the whole world, advancing to videos,  movies, cinemas, etc.

OTHERS INCLUDE:
Television, Telephone, Internet, Computers, Mobile Devices (Steve Jobs and Apple), Air Conditioners, Crude Oil and other minerals exploration and refining, etc.

Even systems such as Education, Local and International Banking, Insurance, Healthcare and Medicine, etc

KINDLY FEEL FREE TO ADD MORE, CORRECT OR AMMEND.

If we do not make new discoveries and cannot even copy or maintain products and systems, some of which have been in use in many other countries for more than 100 years; then something is definitely wrong and we need to correct it ASAP!

There is no country in the world where people do not have complains about their government, therefore, we must stop looking up to the government as our Messiah.
The truth is no government or person has as much power to change our individual lives and our country like we do!

THE BIG QUESTION IS:
A) What are you doing with your life?
B1) What can you do with your life in the time that you have left?
B2) What value can you add?
C) What can you contribute to make life better for yourself, your family, your country and the world?
D) What will be your legacy when your time in this world is over?
E) How can you make your memory, a good one?

-WHATEVER YOUR ARE IMAGINING, IT'S POSSIBLE!

UNCLAIMED DIVIDENDS / REGISTRARS FRAUSTRATING SHAREHOLDERS THROUGH EXHORBITANT CONSOLIDATION FEES

EDC REGUSTRARS LTD informed me, and also insisted on charging N1700 - N1000 per account - as fees for the consolidation of multiple accounts; which resulted from multiple applicantions of IPOs.

Such fees amount to 87% - 50% of the total dividend in my case, and for others, it will even exceed the total dividends!

They neither allowed negotiations nor even recieve or acknowledge a letter from me to that effect.
Instead, they played 'good cop', 'bad cop', trying to muzzle me and trying to dispossess me of as much of my unclaimed dividends as possible!

Their Operations Manager even declined / avoided meeting with me to discuss / negotiate the consolidation fees, on my two separate visits!

Consider that the REDPGISTRARS have been trading / utilising these unclaimed dividends for many years and have earned much profit / benefit from them!

This is against the spirit with which the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION (SEC) paid banks for Signature Verification so as to remove all obstacles to shareholders getting their entitlements, and on time, through the e-dividend platform.

An industry player explained to me that most of the Registrars depend on the hugh unclaimed dividends for liquidity and that most of them will actually go broke if they indeed pay to the legitimate beneficiaries like us; and so will do anything to frustrate shareholders from getting the unclaimed dividends!

Does anyone have a similar experience with EDC or any other REGISTRARS?

Who will call such REGISTRARS to order?

How can shareholders avoid this cruel extortion?

Any useful advice will be appreciated.

DOES EDC REGISTRARS LTD HAVE A TWITTER HANDLE?
-Not on their website or anywhere else - it seems

Best regards

P.S.
MOD,
Can you please move this to fp so that many others will benefit, thank you.

1) Brush your teeth morning and night.

2) Be sure to BRUSH YOUR TONGUE VERY WELL because that is often where most of the problem resides

3) After brushing in the morning, gaggle with extra-virgin coconut oil, holding it in your mouth for at least 3 minutes or more, then spit it out. (you can also do this at any time.

4)After brushing in the evening, drink raw garlic in warm water (it's also available in powder form) and or hold a clove in your mouth for as long as you can. Garlic actually has antibiotic properties.

4) Thereafter gargle with warm concentrated salt solution, holding it in your mouth for as long as possible, then spit it out. You can actually do this after every meal. Apart from killing germs, it will make your teeth whiter over time.

Garlic and salt will take care of the germs in your mouth and any cavities you might have.

5) Google

6) See a good Dentist the minute you can afford it.

7) Never, ever forget to appreciate your gitprlfriend.

Rossikk, Horus,

Stunning, great, enlightening, uplifting and more.

Now, how do we get these to the knowledge of more our people, especially the younger and future generations of black people everywhere who are about to be lost forever - to white domination and subjugation?

How can interested people like me get to learn more? Do you have an history club or chat group? Why don't you start one?

Is this on your Facebook wall for further exposure?

Do I have your permission to forward this to my British born and young niece for her blog and Facebook wall?

I salute you great guys especially the OP Rossikk.
Are you an historian or this is just a passion of yours?
Whichever it it, it's great and I'm a great admirer.
Looking forward to more.

He just goes about publishing real and factual statistics everytime, instead of the normal lies that Buhari and his APC government daily feeds Nigerians with! He must be trying to sabotage Buhari's government with the truth! Doesn't he know that Buhari and APC are allergic to any truth that does not flatter them?

He needs to go and learn how to spin lies from Lair Lai Mohammed or he will soon be fired to join the statistics of the jobless!

No one is above the law but Nigeria deserves some respite after a long period of higgledy-piggledy. All men and women of good conscience should beg our powerful forces to allow President B-uhari and his Vice President, Prof Yemi O-sinbajo SAN to run their full course of four years out of which two are almost gone.

Can anyone shed more light on the above paragraph of this Dele Momode's article? Seems loaded to me.

Is Dele Momodu saying that there currently subterranean plans to remove B-uhari and O-sinbajo from office before the end of their term?

Disagreeing with B-uhari and his government is a fundamental human right to free speech and association so what is Momodu insinuating?

As lacking in capacity and competence as Boooo-ha-ri is, Nigeria does not need the chaos, upheaval and loss of lives that interfering with his constitutionally elected government will cause.

The same set if people and their cronies have been in government, causing Nigeria retrogression since 1966 anyway - without developing competent people for leadership but rather preferring to put unwilling people whom they think that they can control into power in order to continue to amase Nigeria's resources for themselves and to also remain relevant!

Dear Rossikk,

What can I say? Your responses are simply GBAM, CLASSIC, and more!
They warm my heart, thanks.

Our leaders and peoples - especially the younger people - need to be constantly reminded that the history of EGYPT is similarly replicated in NIGERIA'S ancient BINI EMPIRE, the ZULU EMPIRE OF SOUTH AFRICA, etc.

That Black people were once ahead of many, if not most of the other major races of the world; and also be constantly educated that there is a real 'WAR OF THE RACES' going on, which has been going on for centuries - and which we only lose at our own current and future peril!

That we MUST, as a matter of survival and dignity, STOP swallowing every Western propaganda about us, accepting Western ways, cultures and everything Western as superior - thus weakening ourselves further; while promoting their economies and further domination!

BRAVO

Like you said, most people have no interest in such articles; but you have the intellectual and political capacity to appreciate it.
Even in the advanced countries, only 10% of them or less, have the demonstrated mental, political and other capacity for positive discuss, ideas, advancement, inventions, etc. They are able to move their countries forward because they have a conducive enviroment.

Nevertheless, we cannot, must not give up!
Let those who have the capacity do the best they can, where they are - remembering to stay safe, because we are in an enviroment which destroys its best, and promotes mediocrity, lies and manipulations.

Nice write up. Nice ideology. Nice aspirations.

Unfortunately there's nothing special about the Blackman. The Whiteman's culture and tradition gave him power to control the world. The Blackman's culture and tradition stagnated him for millennia before the Whiteman came to the rescue.

Agreed that the Whiteman used brutality to emancipate us from the shackles of darkness, but believe me; had the Whiteman not come to black Africa, only malaria would have wiped us off the face of the earth.

Everything the black African has is what he uses against his fellow human being; no growth and development.

OP, show me one aspect of the black African's culture and tradition that has impacted on the world positively?

I'll never allow sentiment determine my view of the present system of things.
Thank you for your contribution.
You are right to a large extent but the fact remains that South Korea, Malaysia and some other countries in Asia found their way out of domination and retrogression.
Even neighbouring Ghana; and Rwanda, both here in Black Africa are on their way.

We must begin to change the narrative here in Nigeria - especially for young people!
Many young people, thirty and below, especially in urban areas have no root in our cultures but are rooted in projected foreign cultures!

If we don't succeed in changing our narrative soon, in 20 to 30 years from now, the older people will be all gone and the young people will be totally lost!

Let's try and find our way forward - out of retrogression and mental slavery.
The big question is how?
If we focus attention on it long enough and keep searching in a positive way, I'm sure we will eventually find the answers.

We have become lost and also lost our culture, systems, religions, values, etc because we have completely surrendered to our captives - the colonialists and their brothers!
We are now enjoying our captivity so much that we now compete to outdo each other in imitating our captors by constantly consciously or unconsciously trying to take each other captive, subjugate and exploite each other  - through all kinds of ingenious means!
In addition, it seems that our most treasured and flouted possessions and achievements are those derived from, through or associated with those of our captives and their countries - be it  education, religion, systems government, businesses, dressing, music, inventions, food, lifestyle, etc! Even accents!
Everything that is core African or black seems unattractive, unsophisticated, evil or they have to be westernised before it can be acceptable to the so called 'educated' and 'elitist' among us!
I actually know a number of English people who don't even speak or understand English language as much as many Nigerians!

Does anyone know of any other major race in the history of mankind who seem so vanquished by their captors that they now willingly transfer their all - including their money/wealth to their captors; leaving their own countries and peoples in retrogression, as killing fields, perpetual beggars, loan seekers for recurrent expenditure and aid recipients?                                                                                                                     Other major races such as the Asians and Arabs have refused to be totally vanquished. Even a minor race (in terms of numbers) like the Jews have refused to be vanquished - in spite of all the challenges/persecutions that they have been through throughout recorded history! They have mostly retained their languages, religions, cultures and other identity and now have significant achievements and history to their credit, for the world to see and share.

Why not the black race?
Why is it still easier for a black person to excel or have a better standard of living outside the black environment - which is why many young people still leave or desire to leave?

Once a people loses their identity, they invariably start to imitate and try 'belong' to their captors and the more dominant cultures. Eventually they realise that they are neither accepted as equals nor respected by those they imitate, then they start sabotaging and destroying each other!
Prof Wole Soyinka once spoke of the 'wasted generation'. The big question is, For How Long Will Our Generations And Resources Continue To Be Wasted As They Have Been So Far?!

The truth is that any race, nationality, tribe or even family who falls to improve, protect, support and preserve her members will be divided, taken captive and serve the more discerning, more enlightened, better prepared and organized ones!

The power of predators and captors is the ignorance, lack of enlightenment, naivety, division, domination/subjugation of one part by another and greed among their preys and captives. As long as these are present among captives, they will NEVER  be free!

So, is it still possible for us to find our way back 'home'/to base and or move forward; and make significant impact in the modern world - especially in science and technology - as a race?
How?
Who will lead us?

I don't believe that we need any 'Holy Messiah' per se. What we need are simply systems and institutions which actually work, and work for the benefit and progress of the generality of the people, a level playing field for all, equal opportunities for all and self determination for each nationality or tribe, within a coalition
of tribes and nationalities, who are voluntarily cohabiting on the basis of mutual respect and cooperation, because it is mutually beneficial; not coerced or forced - all within the rule of law!

How long will the same people who have been in power virtually from independence or from 1966 - in one capacity or the other - continue to pontificate and claim to have the solutions when they have been an active, major and integral part of the problems since then?!
We see the results of their geniuses all around us - failure of successful governments - manifested in poor everything! - side by side with their own privileged and pampered lives, their wealth and the wealth and privilege of their entitled, delusional descendants and cronies!!!
Many of them have not even mentally or consciously entered this 21st century!!!
Do they even know world history and how different peoples, tribes, nationalities and countries have become captors, captives and or gained freedom throughout world history?

The present political leaderships do not even seem to understand the ROOT, the KOKO, of our problems!
All the galvanising all over the world will not help us much.
No captor will ever help his useful captive to acquire enough power and wealth to emancipate himself and then begin to rub shoulders with his captor and challenging him - like modern China is currently doing and the USA have been doing to their British masters for centuries! From apartheid in South Africa to the economic emancipation of China, a captive must strategies, work and sacrifice to free himself!

Just like China, the captive must get a strategy, enough knowledge, enlightenment and optimal use her resources; and look inwards in order to emancipate herself!
China did not go galvanising around the world expecting and asking for help. Like India, China closed her doors/boarders and quietly, cleverly, strategically worked out her own salvation - before unveiling the regenerated China to the world!
Today, they have lifted more than 100 million of their own  people out of poverty in only the last 20 years; and are now a world power!

Similarly, Germany and Japan were devastated wastelands after the second world war. They didn't go around the world expecting and begging for help because they each had the wisdom to know that nobody will give them a great country on a platter. They have to do it by themselves - and they did! Today they are also world powers.

The USA was devastated after the Stock Market crash of 1932 or thereabouts, which led to the great depression. They did not go round the world begging for help. They strategised, organised and worked themselves into prosperity, with opportunities for all; and have become the most dominant country in the world till today.

The Asian Tigers - South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc, also each worked out their own salvation and have gained the respect and admiration of the world.

As for all these loans that our leaders are looking/begging for all over the world, some of them seems to think that lenders are Father Christmases who are actually working for our country's progress/good!
A lender is your superior and will always do everything to remain so - including sabotaging your progress!
A lender plans to be the greater beneficiary of the loan, not you!
Unless you are a country such as the USA, Britain, etc, who are already known for other significant strengths such as superior technology, war capabilities, great  wealth generating capacity, worldwide goodwill, strong allies, etc; your lender is more likely to take you captive - for a long, long, LLLOOOOOONNNGGG time!

We have had governments/civilian politicians/military politicians and religious leaders, especially Pentecostal leaders, making great promises of peace and progress since independence but all we have presently is retrogression with little hope of turning it around!
Successive governments, comprised of the highly and mostly Western educated, even talk about 'transfer of technology'. How ridiculous!
An individual or set of individuals or country will apply their brains and other resources to develop technology in order to get wealth, relevance and or captives. They will then transfer the same technology to you, their targeted victim - just because you say so!!!  Lord have mercy!!!

There is at least one Television set in most homes in Nigeria as has been for decades, yet I don't know of any company that even assembles it in Nigeria, but South Korea has somehow managed to flood the world with it as with their other homegrown electronics, etc.
Maybe we should simply order South Korea to transfer their technology to us!!!

What stops a prosperity preaching Church or a school, or any other group from organising a team with the right skills, simply dismantling a Television set and making a local version that is similar or even better in standard?
That's what the rest of the progressive and conscious world have been doing for centuries; and still do everyday - including even espionage!

CAN WE WAKE UP NOWhuh!!!
PLEASEhuh!!!!

From $120/100 per barrel at 2. 2 million bpd production rate.......... down to $28/36 per barrel at 1. 4 million bpd production rate....... in a country that crude oil makes up 90% of its income.

....... And some people think things should remain the same??

Jokers, they have no idea what the nation is going through.
In addition, crude oil was already selling at $45 per barrel or thereabouts - with every indication of the price fallingfurther, during the electioneering campaign for the 2015 elections. So AaPC and Bhoohari already knew or aught to have known that; and not handle the governance of Nigeria the way they have done so far!

The reality that Nigerians have to face is that we have a government who campaigned and won the 2015 elections base entirely,100% on lies, propaganda, image-laundering, pulling others down and an unbridled greed for power - purely for their own selfish interests. And they still can't stop lying!

Until and unless they stop the lies and propaganda, they cannot achieve anything - because light and darkness do not mix; pogress and deception cannot also mix!

QUESTION: And why did production rate reduce from 2.2 million bpd to 1.4 bpd?

ANSWER: 1) Bhoohari's unguarded utterances -re 97%/5%.
2) His removal of capital projects from the Niger Delta
3) Appointments skewed in favour of the North - who already get up to 60-70% share of all of Nigeria's earnings; while contributing less than 5%, thereby shoving the fact that the North has taken Southerners captive in their faces!
4) Extra-judicial killings of peaceful protesters in the S/E
5) Using threats and intimidation as an instrument of state.
6) Acting and speaking like a conqueror of NON Hausa/Fulani, instead of the elected president of Nigeria
7) Acting like a medieval mornach instead of a mordern president and a paid enployee of the Nigerian people!

RE: NIGER DELTA

The more important question is: WHAT HAS NIGERIA DONE WT ALL THE OIL MONEY IN THE PAST 50 YEARS OR SO, not what has the NIGER DELTA done wt all their allocation, etc?

Nigerians need to wake up to the reality that our free lunch is over!

The world will not stand by and watch while the Nigerian government kill off a people because they want to acquire their resources.

Nigerians never agreed on a Unitary system of government and it has not worked for the Nigerian people but only a handful.
Without true federalism and resource control,, there is no way forward for Nigeria to make any meaningful progress!

What exactly is the benefit of continuing with a system that is obviously inefficient, unjust and which has failed Nigerian people; but has caused conflict, ethinc mistrust, insurgency, retrogression, etc for more than 50 years - with the people of the Niger Delta it's greatest economic and environmental, etc victimhuh/!!!!
PoliticsBuhari, Nigeria And The Niger Delta by FirstNg1(op):
BUHARI, NIGERIA AND THE NIGER DELTA

President Muhammadu Buhari (PMB) divides Nigeria daily by his utterances, appointments, actions or the lack of them - at the appropriate time!

Therefore, for those who are wise enough to discern that they have effectively been made captives in their own country Nigeria, there can be no going back - ITS EITHER  NIGERIA IS IMMEDIATELY RESTRUCTURED TO GIVE AUTONOMY TO DESIRING INDIVIDUAL NATIONALITIES; WITH RESOURCE CONTROL, OR NIGERIA WILL CEASE TO EXIST - sooner than we can imagine!

-The IPOB's peaceful demonstrations for self-actualisation have been met with Nigerian State-sponsored violence &extra-judicial mass killings!
-The Shiites were equally massacred in cold blood, in great numbers!
-Fulani Herdsmen, of who Buhari is reported to be their Life Patron are now the forth (4th) deadliest Terrorist Organisation in the world, having murdered 3000 people of Southern Nigeria and the Middlebelt in 2016 alone - yet, PMB utters no condemnation, demands Grazing Reserves for them all ove Nigeria for a purely private business; and no Security Agent in Nigeria could act against them until the outcry of Nigerians compeled Buhari's body-language to made it less of a career suicide for the Security Agents!
-Dissenting opinions are now silenced by State-sponsored intimidation, human rights abuses, subversion of the Rule Of Law, persistent mindless and nauseating APC propaganda, manipulations, etc!

Though we and many others before us, have all laboured and sacrificed to build this country Nigeria, the unfortunate reality is that we currently DO NOT have a LEADER but an entitled, ignorant, messianic and bigoted, self-seeking, accolade-seeking, RULER; who has not yet woken up into this century, thinks that Nigeria is some Medieval Emirate/Monarchy, lacks the capacity to govern or correctly assess the possible consequences of his actions, utterances or the lack of them!

PMB has now been horribly demystified and his mediocrity, delusions, bigotry and carefully crafted and longstanding image laundering cover blown wide open!
Buhari has been promoted beyond his level of competence, taking Nigerian decades backwards and on a journey via an unknown route, to an uncertain destination! Nigerians are suffering for it while the rest of the world are asking themselves in astonishment: How Is It Possible That Such A Man Is An Elected President Of A Country if 170 million People In The Year 2016huh??!!!!!!!
PoliticsTrue Federalism Now Or Let Nigerians Go - In Peace! by FirstNg1(op):
TRUE FEDERALISM NOW OR LET NIGERIANS GO -IN PEACE!

STATE OF THE 'NIGERIAN NATION' / WHICH WAY NIGERIA?
RE: OIL PRICE INCREASES / NAIRA DEVALUATION / ETC

The only policy and attendant suffering that will have any benefit for the generality of the Nigerian people in the long-term is for this Buhari government to IMMEDIATELY put TRUE FEDERALISM into effect in Nigeria.
Individual States can thereafter chose to cooperate, collaborate and or support each other - with mutual respect and on mutually agreeable terms.

Anything short of the above is the usual political and other scams persistently perpetrated against the Nigerian people - because politicians and other right-thinking people know or should know, that Nigeria as presently constituted is not working, has never worked and can never work in the  interest of the generality of the Nigerian people - even in a million more years!

SERIES OF MILITARY AND CIVILIAN 'MESSIAH LEADERS' HAVE COME AND GONE, BUT THE PROBLEMS OF NIGERIA AND NIGERIANS CONTINUE TO MULTIPLY EXPONENTIALLY, WHILE OTHER NATIONS ARE MAKING STEADY PROGRESS!

This is because Nigerians never agreed to a UNITARY CONSTITUTION OR GOVERNMENT!
Unitary Nigeria does not exist in the hearts of the Nigerian people, neither does it benefit them in any way; instead, it has brought Nigerians only retrogression, divisiveness, ethnic hatred, moral decadence, etc, etc, etc.
Unitary Nigeria only exists to benefit the various 'cabals', their families, cronies, stooges, puppets, other collaborators, etc; at the permanent expense of the Nigerian people!

The current Nigerian Unitary Constitution is a fraud, a scam, a satanic document and a product of the highest level of corruption, impunity, sense of entitlement, blatant sectionalism and injustice  - intended only to make Southern Nigeria a captive of the Northern Nigerian oligarchy; and thereby capture the resources of the South and her peoples!
The ordinary Northerner does not benefit either; instead, they are held down and only used as tools to gain political, financial and other advantages - by their own leaders!

Nigeria as presently constituted is therefore designed as a medieval emirate/monarchy and a Military Regiment or Cantonment - where everyone and everything exist at the pleasure and for the convenience of the ruling class; while the subjects are disposable!
The problem is that this is 2016 Nigeria; and the 'subjects/captives' have refused to lay down and die; while the INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT AND THE UNITED NATIONS are now available to hold leaders accountable and support the oppressed!

There can never be peace, progress or lack of widespread corruption and unrest; in the face of such blatant injustice, arrogance, sense of entitlement and impunity!

Every knowledgeable Nigerian knows that Buhari and virtually all other Nigerian leaders/persons of means, have acquired their status, relevance and wealth through this corruption and impunity - either as a principal actor, members of the Nigerian faceless and untouchable 'cabals' or their stooges, fronts, collaborators, etc; before they started preaching 'integrity' unity' and 'one Nigeria'; so why should anyone listen to them before acquiring theirs as well?

The rest of the world have gone so far ahead that for Nigeria to keep going backwards and only have 'keeping Nigeria together' as the only real accomplishment in the year 2016, is beyond ridiculous!

LET NIGERIA BE A TRUE FEDERATION NOW - OR LET NIGERIA'S MANY NATIONALITIES GO - IN PEACE, TO DETERMINE THEIR OWN FUTURES!!!!!!!

The handwriting of the alternative is already visible on the wall - even to the undiscerning - except of course, to the delusional!

ENOUGH IS FINALLY MORE THAN ENOUGH!
