In my opinion First of all How did u sound? Did u sound confident and bold?
Secondly have you been to other country Mayb d vo was expecting u to say yes "you both" went to bla bla together considering u just got married.
Thirdly "self employed" prolly his company didn't sound like he can foot the bills...
Once again hope u sounded confident bold and convincing... And not like u crammed the answers... Hope u get me
I stand totally corrected |

folamingo: Because you didn't find it informative doesn't mean others didn't. Reviews are key in making decisions and Fit to fly is also very important. Newbies should read up even if its Part 100....lol Hmmmm His point is legit. Imagine telling a newbie to go back and read (which particularly annoys them) and they are seeing back and forth airplane talks, it will just b as if someone is Stingy with info or bein wicked. If u see a cheap deal post it, no qualms. But on reviews trust me we have flogged every airline on this forum. Except air maroc or something. For fit to fly we have dusted that topic too.. A typical example is Two pages away I spoke about the duration and d safest time frame for fit to fly (this is aside those who have also said same)... D next page someone asked same question and another person repeated it again, I even replied another person again. Now I'm sure u get his point dear It's better we use the search option to search for an airline and see what we all have said about it. Oya lemme go back and be eating my popcorn |

Miracletwinee: @temyb. Good to know that the babies are doing great. I sent you an email please respond accordingly Please advice me ooo. I need to renew my visa can I do drop box and wait to be called for an interview or should I just apply and go for interview since I know I might be called for one. We are having a family vacation and the twins will clock 2 while we are away can they be attached to adult on the return leg or they will be expected to buy a seat at the time of purchase or is time of trip? Check their policy... I think it's "at d time u embark on the trip". And since ticket was already bought I doubt return leg might not have issues U might not b called for interview... |

luckyman23: Good morning, how long does it take at the port health desk at the airport. please what is the procedure at the port health desk at the airport to get fit to fly and what is the maximum weeks? I would appreciate your prompt reply as I am travelling Wednesday. thank you It can take a few minutes to hours. It's like asking how long does it take to check in. It depends on the time u get there and the patients there too.. Just a page away it was stated that it's safer to get it d same day of travel.. Leave for the port health on time. Gving time allowance for delay, more people and whatever. |

I am planning to go a few days before my trip in order to know if there will be any issues so I can re-strategize accordingly. Ur fit to fly shldnt exceed 72 hrs. To be on a safe side, get from ur Hospital and also from Port health. Avoid stories that touch. Leave the house on time so u can branch port health and be done with them on time... Incase there are many people |

bigfido: it is BOLDLY written on their website what their return policy is before making your booking. I don't think knocking someone's hustle because of your lapses is a great thing. they have stated conditions for returning payment if you have to cancel your flight or there is a cancellation from your operator. if you read it and you are not cool with it, why did you go ahead to book with them? same applies to wakanow.
It's cheaper to book with travelstart if you will be changing your flight dates if you paid for changes than buying a flexible tickets from the airline. they have their advantages and disadvantages. my hubby always insist I buy the flexible ticket. Just Incase. Even at that u can call d airline to make changes. Before my last pregnancy one vacation like that... I had to move my ticket... I called United airline and my ticket was moved. And dey sent me my ticket via email immediately |

junglej: Hello all, please my wife is 36 weeks pregnant and wants to give birth in the States. The agent who is working on her visa says he is almost done with all the documentation but needs a letter from a doctor in the states to invite her for delivery and why its important for her to give birth in the states. She will definitely give birth there but the visa needs to be sorted first. Most prefetably Pittsburgh PA, but anywhere would do. Thanks in advance for your helo Wait did u say 36 weeks and she doesn't have a visa? Ur worry shld be which airline will fly her. And this agent u r using let pray it's not all lies on the visa form... That u have a visa doesn't guarantee entry into the US |

AlphaHandMaiden: Sorry oh madam firsttymum na your post i dey quote take address this issue. But i have read quite a few similar posts here on NL and in general discussions with other parents as well.
My question is this: what is all this quest amongst parents for CHUBBY babies..... ( bearing in mind that Chubby is just a very polite word for fat or boarderline obese, and very very chubby = very very fat). Chubby does not always necesarily equal healthy.
Plus, hand and back no dey pain una to dey carry big pikin?
As long as your baby is healthy, feeding well putting on weight ok, in the normal weight range for his or her age and developing alright both physically and mentally, Biko what more do you need?
We parents should be careful not to start overfeeding babies or giving unhealthy food all because we want them to be "Chubbier". What If the baby is naturally slim?!
Not every fat is baby fat that will be lost as the child grows. Childhood Obesity is a real problem. Lets not start what we can't finish. We will then start making excuses later on that the child has always been fat or is "big-boned" when the chubbyness come and permanent. Meanwhile it is the parents that have been overfeeding from babyhood! THANKS. That being said... ABEG MAMAS SUGGESTIONS ON BABY FOOD THAT CAN MAKE A BABY CHUBBY. |

So d thing is that there's no yes or no answer to it. I will advice u just have it in case of necessities bcus it all depends on the Cbp u meet. Thank God u said notification of intent. I had my notification of intent even though I had used the visa for vacation as intended. |

chimafranks: Hello beautiful mamas, I have rily been learning alot. Thank you all for sharing your experiences. Please I have been seeing Nanny services on d budget sheet, pls what is it all about. Thank you Erm like the name implies nanny services... Who is a nanny? According to Google A nanny, childminder, child care provider, or mother's helper (the last designation not to be confused with the slang term "mother's little helper," denoting a tranquilizer pill) is an individual who provides care for one or more children in a family as a service. So there nanny services is the service the nanny provides. For example ; If u going with an infant or toddler alone... And u r in labor this service will come in handy if u don't have anyone to take care of ur child. Furthermore If u r applying with ur child and u r using and extended stay or bla bla ( that is not staying with anyone) ofcourse questions like who's gonna take of ur child will come up... Therefore budget for it shld show that. |
