Mr teewao the enquires as regards the computer engineering you are talking about that Further maths is a major requirement as far as o'level is concerned it is not the case in O.A.U.What is the case as far as o.a.u is concerned are five O'level credit that must include ENGLISH LANGUAGE,MATHEMATICS,PHYSICS,CHEMISTRY,BIOLOGY OR AGRIC.It may be a major O'level requirement in some schools but in O.A.U FURTHER MATHS is not a major O'level requirement for computer engineering and if you are doubting me why can't you come down to the Faculty of Engineering secretary office for more clarification on this issue because large number of applicants have gotten it wrong over the years through what they read about course and course combination in different schools in Jamb brochure.For example in some Universities in Nigeria commerce is acceptable for any applicants that are applying for social sciences courses but in O.A.U jamb subject combination for any applicants that are applying to study social sciences and Administration courses in IFE must write ENG,MATHS,ECONS,GOVT,GEOGRAPHY OR ACCOUNT NOT COMMERCE but if you check jamb brochure you will find it there that the same commerce is acceptable in O.A.U whereas it is not the case that commerce is acceptable in IFE compare to what you find in Jamb brochure.
