is that radar on top of the mi-28(that looks like a ball) not an American radar?

yes , like the AH-64 D Apache Longbow radar. it's a millimeter wave radar the N-025 Almaz-280 that operates in the Ka-band band and J band , It has a range of about 25 km for a large fixed target such as a bridge, 15 km for a large velicle such as a tactical-ballistic-missile launcher, 10-12 km for an armored fighting vehicle, and 6-8 km for a soft-skin vehicle. Unlike the Longbow radar, the Almaz-280 has both attack and navigation modes

Guys check this out, s400 and buk 101 Vs himars... Couple of comments are doubting it sha, it's left for the pros here to analyse whether it's propaganda or not
generally one does not use a missile which costs at least 1.5 million dollars per missile ( for the S400 system) to intercept little MLRS rockets . Even for the Buk systems it would be too expensive and not really effective .

To deal with the Himars it must be the artillery ,MLRS , counter battery systems and radars that are involved with air force and UAV assistance .

SR-5 Multiple launch rocket system

In concept the SR-5 is similar to the US HIMARS. It is based on a 6x6 truck chassis and uses modular interchangeable rocket pods. The launcher vehicle has an integrated crane and reloads rocket pods without external help. However the Chinese SR-5 has two rocket pods instead of one. So it has nearly twice the firepower of the HIMARS.

There are different types of pods for the SR-5. Initially this system started life with a capability to fire 220 mm and 122 mm rockets. These rockets have different ranges. Rockets are fitted with various warheads, including HE-FRAG, incendiary, smoke and illumination. Also there are cargo warheads with anti-tank or pre-fragmented anti-personnel submunitions. Some rockets have a GPS guidance for precision strikes. Over time new rocket types and even missiles and loitering munitions were incorporated into the SR-5 artillery system. Notably it can fire C-705 anti-ship missiles with a range of 140-170 km, and King Dragon 300 short-range ballistic missiles, similar to the US MGM-140 ATACMS. Also it is capable of launching loitering munitions (suicide drones) with a maximum range of up to 70 km. These are being launched from 220 mm
