S300PMU2 long range air defense system

The launchers and the 96L6E radar

The 96L6 all-altitude detector and acquisition radar works in L-band. It has a 300 km range and very high resolution. The system can detect and track 100 targets. track and engage 36 of them and guide 72 missiles , it identifies 4 target classes, including aircraft, helicopters, remotely piloted aerial vehicles, and missiles. It is claimed that this radar can also detect stealthy targets.

I confess, your country truly have toys
well when you have sharks that surround you , it would be better for you to have some toys to discourage them from attacking .

a simple exemple of the geopolitics in north africa

Okay, people I got these questions. Can someone please tell me what's on the Mi-28 rotor?! I'm thinking is a radar or something cos I found out that the AH-64 got something like that.

Thanks.
yes , like the AH-64 D Apache Longbow radar. it's a millimeter wave radar the N-025 Almaz-280 that operates in the Ka-band band and J band , It has a range of about 25 km for a large fixed target such as a bridge, 15 km for a large velicle such as a tactical-ballistic-missile launcher, 10-12 km for an armored fighting vehicle, and 6-8 km for a soft-skin vehicle. Unlike the Longbow radar, the Almaz-280 has both attack and navigation modes .

but there is export versions without this radar , for exemple i havn't seen any pic of an iraqi mi 28 with the N-025 Almaz-280 radar on rotor , wait and see if uganda mi 28 have them

What do you mean Iraq wasn't equipped like Ukraine?! Do you know who the heck Saddam hussein was?! That Ba'athist invaded Kuwait. He chemically experimented on Kurds. Do you have any idea what the Iraqi Republican guards were?! Damn
NATO imposed an embargo on Iraq for 13 years before the 2003 war , in 13 years they have not received any modern equipment and even had difficulty maintaining their old equipments , a known strategy of NATO sharks to slaughter medium-sized fish without having too many losses.
and the Iraqis had to face a laaarge coalition of 38 countries, including several neighboring countries, not to mention the iraqi rebels and ethnic armed groups that worked against the Iraqi army during the invasion so it is not the same thing as in Ukraine

Reflect7:
For the same reason the northern Sudanese, Egyptians, Libyans, Algerians, Moroccans and Tunisians are not black today even though their lands were fully black populated in antiquity.

For over 2,000 years there has been a southward movement of Asiatic (white) hordes, to ever 'greener pastures' away from the cold and hunger of the then impoverished Europe, to the rich, fertile, cultured and civilized lands of the south which Egypt and the rest of northern Africa which included the area now called the 'middle east', represented.

Thus there has been constant tension and warfare between those northern invading hordes of white barbarians, and the black populations who occupied those spaces. Egypt experienced numerous attempts by northern foreign elements to invade and overthrow the pharoahs, but resisted them for several thousand years.

A several centuries' long BAN was actually enforced on Europeans trying to enter Egypt at one point, and was only revoked by some benevolent pharaoh who decided to extend knowledge and education to the Greeks, who consequently became the first nation of whites to be civilized, round about 600 BC.

So there have been numerous migrations from the north southwards to inner Africa, of blacks throughout antiquity, fleeing war, slave raids, and desertification of the once fertile Sahara. This accounts for the numerous traditional accounts by West African ethnicities such as the Yoruba, Igbo, Edo etc of having migrated from the NORTH and the NILE VALLEY regions in antiquity.

There is copious evidence of cultural and linguistic similarities and connections between present-day black African peoples and the people of the ancient Nile Valley civilizations, and the Levant.
Total bullshit , first inhabitant of maghreb since antiquity were the berbers ( caucasians ) , the first civilisation ever in maghreb was the berber kingdoms , numidia .... Give me the name of just one black kingdom or civilisation in maghreb during antiquity , or even before the berbers ?

Pic 1,2 : berber lybians from phraonic painting during antiquity ( they look black to you ? )

Pic 3 : An exemple of a dna study from national genographic project about tunisian population , you can see that they have less arab genes than europeans ones and there genetics is mostly local berber north africcan

For some reason, I thought the 54 had more payload weight than the 480kg quoted?
The original yahbon United 40 MALE according to sources can carry a payload of 1,000kg . With 10 hard points . 100 kg max charge for each one . But they say in sources that the 1,000kg payload includes two gyro-stabilised gimballed camera platforms and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR). A sonar system .

And the algerian modified version al djazair 54 , 55 have better optronics and radar communications systems .

But even with 480 kg , it can take 10 AR1 missiles on its 10 hard points , 45 kg per missile .

Pics : the difference between original yahbon 40 and the algerian version aldjazair 54, 55

@flanker
Checked oem website they say the same

interestingly interesting

must have some kind of thresholds/conditions via sensor inputs which than triggers the evasion selectively
Havent found a lot about the functioning of the L112E and L111E KH31's seekers

But maybe the bolded part about 10g evasiv manoeuvers only concerns the KH-31 anti-ship missile version with an active radar in its final phase of approaching targets , as many modern anti-ship missiles do, it would be more logical
