bro we are saying d same thing, u must know d person before u can recognise him, CCTV camera should help identify anybody. it should be clear enough to help d police and any Nigerian to join in the hunt

dis type of poor quality CCTV can only help u recognise someone u already knew before, but for strangers like dis, it doesn't help. we have caught thieves on CCTV before in a supermarket where I worked but we couldn't do anything because of the poor quality. but at least it will favour anyone who has been arrested wrongly for the act, at least the person can be free knowing fully well an unknown person did it

Former Nigeria coach Samson Siasia has been banned for life and fined $50,000 by Fifa for agreeing to 'the manipulation of matches.' Siasia was coach of Nigeria between 2010-2011 and for a spell in 2016 but the time period when Fifa believes he committed his infractions is unclear. He has also served as coach of the country's Under-20 and Under-23 sides. In a statement, Siasia was found 'guilty of having accepted that he would receive bribes in relation to the manipulation of matches.' The sanction stems from an ongoing 'large-scale investigation' Fifa is conducting into the behaviour of Wilson Raj Perumal, a convicted match-fixer from Singapore. He is the third African to be banned by Fifa for his links to Perumal after former Sierra Leone FA official Abu Bakarr Kabba and former Botswana FA official Mooketsi Kgotlele were suspended in July for five years and for life respectively. A former international, Siasia won the 1994 Africa Cup of Nations with Nigeria, for whom he played over 50 times while scoring 16 goals.

this will not work in Nigeria; the right thing is dis, if u feel symptoms of malaria, pay consultation fee, meet a doctor who will send for a lab test where u will still spend money, pay another consultation fee to meet d doctor another day , if u have malaria from d result, he will now write drugs for u to buy. an average Nigerian don't have that money and our labs are not equipped resulting in guess works making more than 85% of malaria test to be positive, if it's gonna always be positive, why waste money for test. people just prefer buying the drugs straight but we need to know d medical consequences; some will even add antibiotics in case it's typhoid+malaria or one of them , they r covered
