Thank you for your response
What I mean is a computer printing and photocopy business centre.
Ohh, if that's the case then the dynamic changes completely.

First computer center business location matters most. You need to be in an environment where paper work is likely to happen frequently not just any random street.

Ideal places are

1. School environment

2. Close to any govt office like local govt secretariat, immigration center, Vehicle registration centers, high court etc those places you know people will likely need to print passports, photocopy, do affidavits etc

When you get an ideal place I think for a small scale what you need are

1. Atleast a low budget core i5 laptop that can atleast run Corel draw and Photoshop easily alongside Ms word... 100k will get something that serves, not fancy modern ones but rugged old core i5 like dell latitude E6420, hp Elitebook 8460p, hp probook 6460b those are old pc but highly effective to do the job with low cost and make sure the ram is atleast 8gb and 128gb SSD or 256gb SSD. Desist from using HDD

2. You need a generator, atleast

3. You need a passport printer

4. You need atleast a 3in1 officejet printer and also a laser jet printer

5. You need a photocopy machine

6. You need atleast a standing fan

7. You need a shop.

Give or take buying those things plus office space could take 1-2m budget
FamilyRe: My Last Month Total Expenses Just Feeding A Family Of 3 by Flesh10: 3:26pm On Jul 05
I was spending this much until I learnt to survive without my earning

My monthly expenditures used to cross 400k every month for just a family of 3. Me, my wife and baby

But since I discovered Money market mutual funds I don't bother anymore because all those money I had sitting Idly in my bank account I moved everything to money market and with the percentage I get monthly I just use it to cater for my home.

450k interest paid to me every month now caters for my family.

My goal is to make it as high as 1m interest every month that's why I keep reinvesting every penny I receive now

God bless you sir for this.
Pls I need your help
I would like to open a business centre next year, like what should be my budget?
I want to start small, a small system, printer, second hand etc.

Thank you sir
I await your response
Greetings sir. If it is your first time venturing into business I will strongly advise starting with your money because you may likely lose it

Electronic business is a business you can easily start without using a dime of your money. All you have to do is to have a strong marketing plan whether via Facebook ads, Instagram, tiktok etc.

You can start by marketing other people's goods

Goto alaba international or computer village or any electronic market in your state.

Take pictures, ask for features and best price. Remind them that you are a reseller and they should give you a very good price

Make sure you have printed your receipt. Make videos of yourself in the store . Believe me no serious business person will chase you. As a matter of fact they are looking for third party marketers like you to come to their shop

When you have done your marketing and you have been contacted by a potential buyer.

Ask them to come to the market and then you take them to the shop.

If they want payment on delivery simply pay for the item with your money and do the delivery.

That way you can learn the business, make sales, grow your capital and build confidence before you start investing with your money

Don't let those who's marriages failed woefully to talk you out of it.

Marriage if done right brings luck and open door.. so long as you did the right thing and also treat your wife right and she does the same the flood gates of heaven must open.

I met my wife while I was struggling. I went into business still struggling but immediately we did our wedding that very month I made sales worth over 20m. Me that has never crossed 5m in a month did 20m. As if that was not enough the following month I did 22m, 25m and 35m conservatively since then any month where my sales didn't hit 20m is seen as a bad month.

Since that marriage I have seen open doors countless time. When I think I am broke, from nowhere a credit alert drops in or a good business deal happens and I am back up again.

Before I was keeping all business money both the one I needed and the one I didn't one place it was this same my wife that told me to remove idle funds from my business and put in mutual funds which I took the advise and separated idle funds from business funds

Now interest from mutual funds alone caters for family monthly expenditures from rent to feeding to school fees to bills while business profit and capital are there growing

Just marry a good woman, be a good man, a good husband and father believe me the floodgates of heaven will open for you

I am a living witness
PetsRe: This Beautiful Bird Just Got Caught In A Trap Not Meant For It by Flesh10: 7:20am On Jul 02
ibinaboonline:
Something very awful and heartbreaking just happened o.

I played cat and mouse with one small rat at my house yesterday evening, so I set a trap for it. By morning, two tiny rats got caught in the glue board trap. Fantastic.

I didn't want to bother with the yucky experience if disposing them this morning, so I took the board outside thinking I'll deal with the disposal later.

I just remembered it this evening and, unfortunately, this beautiful bird had been caught alongside the rats. I suppose it was probably the rats that attracted the bird.

I feel sorry for this bird because the glue they use to make this board is so strong; I doubt I'll be able to extricate the bird without harming it. I don't even know the name of this bird. What I know is it is beautiful, and shouldn't have to suffer this experience.

Sad.
It's glue so the bird can be removed without hurting it.

Where it's feet are just pour small fuel to soften it and gently pull the bird out

This advise is what I tried hard to advise a childhood but he refused to have sense...

Nothing pisses me off more than seeing someone that had a difficult childhood behaving like an idiot

Growing up me and this guy had it so tough. We grew in the ghetto and most times had to hawk to eat after school ..

We did all sorts of stupid jobs, slept hungry and several times picked snacks on the flow to eat. He knows that very well

Fast forward to today my friend is now a professional welder. Like big time welder that does Argon, 6GR, fabrication and all sorts of welding whether offshore or onshore. This guy has done jobs where he got paid millions. Even oil tanks and pipelines but what does my guy do

Drink, club, carry women, change phones buy clothes and shoes.

No investment, no house, not yet married.

When he is broke when he comes for financial advise and I give to him but once he secures a contract everything vanished
CareerRe: Should I Tell My Younger Brother To Quit His Job ? by Flesh10: 6:11pm On Jun 29
NassBoy:
Let me go straight to the point;

So, my kid brother(26) got a job in an Hotel as it's facility supervisor.
When he started(June 1st, 2026) this job, he wasn't given an appointment letter. He was only told that about his operational duties and salary(100k) for the first month, and 120k the next month and subsequently.
He started. The next day, he was sent to the market to go procure a few items needed for fumigation. According to him, his Boss(Director) didn't give him the money before he left the hotel, rather, he was told to go to the market and verify the prices of each item and move from shop to shop to ensure a proper bargain for all items before money could be sent.
The long and short is, the Boss is very cruel, hostile, mean and highly inconsiderate. The hotel is less than a year, but the boss had changed four supervisors. My brother demanded to know his working hours and it became a problem. How can u employ someone and you want him to work 24/7 running up and down, not even a sleep at night is possible because my brother must Ensure that the hotel never has a blackout. There's inverter, NEPA and Gen. But he never allows Gen to be ON and he discourages the use of NEPA except to charge the inverters' batteries. There's energy Consumption report to be compiled and sent every morning, do room checks too, do technical jobs, supervise cleaning, ensure security of the hotel, etc . My brother said doing all these isn't the problem, but the insults to all his staff. He insults even management staff in the presence of their subordinates, the man is never satisfied with anyone. He doesn't even listen to the customers complaints .
He doesn't avail my brother time to go home. No off days whatsoever. The man can call my brothers phone more than ten times in a day, no time he doesn't yell. My brother is now sick of malaria, yet, won't be allowed to rest. He has not asked him about his health for once. How can someone be working for you, and you can't give me a day off or tell him his closing time. My brother also cleans and maintains the swimming pool. The hotel has never had a manager.
Most painful is, my brother has no place to sleep in that hotel. If he sees any free place at night, he will just sleep exposed to Cold and Mosquitoes.
It's sad because if our parents were to be alive, this wouldn't be happening. My brother has emaciated so badly. Everyday he spends nothing less than 3k on feeding cos they don't feed him at the hotel
Truth is that as sad as it is your brother is an adult that should know when he is being exploited but the most painful part is that economic situation makes one to take exploitative jobs to survive ..

I had a similar situation with my younger brother of 28yrs. He was working with an agency to refused to increase his pay for six good years .

A 30k job he started in 2019. the pay remained the same despite the hazardous conditions he was working. From Monday to Sunday sometimes at 2am they will call him to go clear a container, sometimes he escorts containers from one state to another. From Tin can to Ikorodu, sometimes to Ogun state all for 30k job

I looked at my brother at that age no skill, no ambition, no good pay. I was always insulting him for staying on a 30k job for six years, insulting his lack of ambition and was very pissed with him but I couldn't do much because he was already an adult but with no foresight to quit a job with no benefits. At 28 he was still living with our mom , we paid rents, we did everything, even he feeds because we give our mom money for upkeep and mom cooks and he eats.

He was a good boy, no bad friends, no drinking, no womanising very decent but lacked ambition but earlier this year I decided I would Lord over him as my immediate younger sibling.

Since he has refused to grow and our elder ones refused to act, I thought it would be best to use my position to force him to sit up. I pressured him to quit the job and join me in business.

He joined last year January at first I thought of paying him 100k per month and also cover his transport but my wife advised against that. That he is a docile and comfortable person. If he can stay on a 30k job for 6yrs, he wouldn't make any attempt to upgrade himself when he sees 100k job.

I decided to instead start by giving him a cut from any goods we sell. We could sell 3 items a day a make profit of like 60k each and on each I give him 15k making 45k per day. If we sold more he gets more

His first month I paid him a total of 466k, second month 428k, third month 360k and so on but after he first three months I reduced his pay to 10k per product we sell which I paid him for 6months

Then the last 3months of last year I reduced it to 5k per item. He saw that his earning was reducing and at the same time I started placing responsibilities on him. I told our other siblings to stop paying our mother's rent that , he stays in the house, he is 28yrs old and should learn to start paying and planning for bills so we took hands off the rent and utility bills and he started paying them while we focused on our mom's welfare.

Fast forward to this year i completely stopped paying him because when I reduced his earnings, I challenged that if he wants to earn more he should put more energy in making sales of his own because for the past 9months most sales came from me. Wanting to earn higher returns he started putting more efforts and whenever sales come through him instead of paying him the usually 15k or 10k, I make the profit much higher and he realized that he sales from him gives him better returns that from me and that's how he leveled up. Now in this year he consistently close some good deals.

Someone that couldn't boast of 10k in his account now has about 3m in his name and I dragged him to invest that 3M into mutual funds instead of keeping it in the bank.

I am guiding him to be independent and learn how money works.

Why am I narrating this, it is because your brother's story is very similar to what my brother went through but you can't just tell him to quit like that without providing a support system.

He is a responsible lad that is why he took up the job and is enduring the nonsense. A troublesome person would have gone to steal or stay idle doing nothing and wait on you to fund his life.

So provide an alternative for him, if possible carry him along in your trader or join him to hunt for another job

His victory is your victory too

I don't know when our government will stop building these housing that can only contain 2 to 3 families and started adopting the Chinese model.

All over Asian because of their rising population and house crisis they are building high rise buildings.

One single high rise shelters about 10,000 people.

Nigeria needs something like that not these small buildings.

Presently housing shortage is a serious crisis but the government is not paying attention.

Our population is growing faster than available houses that's why rent is surging so much

Encourage highrise apartments, one that can atleast contain 500 to 1,000 people . More high-rise means more houses.

Homelessness is now rampart everywhere. People are sleeping on the streets now especially in Lagos

Story of my life

In 2021 I was making 50k weekly and was very comfortable. My rent was just 200k a year and transportation to work was max 600 (300 going , 300 coming)

But fast forward today I get roughly between 350k to 500k weekly yet I struggle with everything.

Rent has spiraled to 2.5m per annum (same house ooo) transport has shot up to 2,500 (1,000 going, 1,500 coming)

Bills and other things followed too

PropertiesRe: From your Annual Rent, Do You Bother To Calculate How Much You Pay Per Month? by Flesh10: 1:28pm On Jun 07
My rent jumped from 30k per month to 208k per month that's from 350k yearly to 2.5m yearly

Used to live in a mini flat where I paid 350k every year it wasn't convenient but I was managing it. I had almost zero ventilation and rules in the compound says no generator, no solar and no inverter battery.

In front of my window is a big building blocking ventilation and at the back is a fence very close to me. I was literally roasting alive but I was managing it because the rent was very cheap.

The landlord and his wife were torn in the ass, every day is threat of quit notice to tenants. Some visits you, quit notice, sometimes the landlady knocks at your door unannounced and tells you that she wants to inspect your house then walks in check everywhere, your room, kitchen, toilet and goes.

They even gave a neighbour quit notice for not painting his room for 3yrs grin like every three years U must renew your paint.

They gave another quit notice because the mother in-law came to live with them in their two bedroom.. couples that had two little kids and needed the wife's mother to come live with them and look after the kids when they goto work, landlord served them quit notice saying they are stressing amenities in the compound grin

One was given quit notice because the wife brought his 7yrs old boy he had outside wedlock to come join her husband and their two children grin landlady gave them quit notice that the boy plays too rough grin

With all those useless laws I was so fed up that I had to quit the compound. The heat was unbearable making me awake at night and unproductive at work then coupled with some psycho landlords despite rent was high out there I just needed to leave the compound and goto a sane place where I can have enough ventilation to sleep, comfortably run my solar and use my AC and avoid the madness of a deranged landlord and his wife.

I eventually got a 2 bedroom for 2.5m the rent scared me at first but I have been meeting up and my productivity improved at work
PropertiesRe: From your Annual Rent, Do You Bother To Calculate How Much You Pay Per Month? by Flesh10: 1:15pm On Jun 07
Lithiumite:
Any accommodation your 3 months salary cant cover for a year isnt for you!!
Oga keep quiet and stop following crazy rules you read in books.

Present condition in Nigeria most especially in Lagos breaks every rule

In Lagos where a rat hole is 3.5m how many people earn so much that their 5months salary can cover such rent talk more of 3months rent.

Let's assume you earn 500k monthly and you have a family of 4 (you, your wife and two kids) atleast you need a 2 bed room apartment but let's just say you can't afford 2 bedroom and you settle for a mini flat.

Most jobs are in urban axis in Lagos like Lekki, Ikeja, ajah, Surulere etc and in those places even a mini flat cost roughly 2m for cheap ones and above that for expensive ones.

If you settle for the cheap one 2.5m month. That means 5months salary 100% saved

You won't eat, you won't pay bills, you won't transport etc just pure 100% of your 500k salary saved every month in a mini flat that isn't conducive for your family.

If you want cheaper areas then you have to move away from the highbrow areas to areas like Ojo, Egbeda, oshodi, iyana ipaja etc. in these areas a minimum inconvenient flat is 1.5m for rubbish settings.

That's roughly 3months 100% salary without you eating, paying bills and trekking to work which is still not sustainable.

This is why I said you should just shut the Bleep up and stop quoting rules that aren't attenable in present day Nigeria.

We survive in Nigeria now by God's grace not by your useless rules. Anybody quoting that stupid rule is obvious still lives with his or her parents and hasn't house hunt before

Same thing that happened to my friends dad

My friend's dad had money, alot of money. He had trucks carrying containers from wharf/Tin Can ports to different locations, some Interstate. He had I think about 6 to 10 trucks then.

He was doing well for himself but had no investment. All he was doing was giving money to his brothers, training their kids, sending his own kids to private schools, etc

Then I think one of his close friend advised him to get a land around Festac and ajao axis then but he refused. He was just talking about Biafra this Biafra that and land in festac was very very cheap. Then the friend one day asked him to loan him some money as a good man that he was he loaned the friend unknowing to him the friend went to purchase two plots of lands in his name in festac and kept it to himself.

Years later my friend's dad was already broke. Like now poor, old and even sick. His children were the ones catering for him. He already sold all his trucks and by the time he recovered he was too broke but luckily that his friend after many years surprised him with the documents to the lands in bought for him in festac early early 90s.

Like the lands were bought early 90s and he gave him the documents in 2018.

My friend's father almost ran mad.

He sold the lands for a lot of money and finally settled his children and also built a family house in the village where he eventually went to and died in 2023.

The friend came to the rescue and that share of the money my friend and his siblings got from the land sale is what lifted them. Today all the kids are doing well all because their dad's friend saw the future and was kind enough to present the document when he could have claimed it

That's why I laugh at those web designers that come to business owners to make them feel like without a website they are doomed.

Me being a web developer myself with a thriving business I don't even have a website for my business because I don't think my business needs it.

Whenever they approach me to build a website for me (not knowing that I am a web developer myself) my response is always "why do I need to compete with the big guys when I can use their platform to market my product"

I sell UK used laptops and I don't see the need to own a personal website with hope of getting leads when I can simply leverage Instagram, tiktok, Facebook pages to build a community and run Ads that leads them directly to my WhatsApp chat.

Instead of owning a website that I will struggle to promote to gain popularity like the big guys (jumia, temu, etc) that will cost so much and people will barely remember the name I'd rather push those funds into building a large following on their platform

Over the years I have only had two friend in my entire life..I can't make new friends not like I care to. But I have always noticed since I was a teenager, people just stare and keep their distance. Like it starting to feel like I have some kind of demon that keeps people away at a far distance. I think I am the problem, I don't talk much.. I don't mingle, in fact I hate public settings and if you stare at me too much, from that day on me and you Will have beef in my mind... Because I might think you've heard one or two about me.

To cut this short, I am in my mid 30s right now and just can't help to notice like it seems I am the problem. I have lived in my current residence for 6years and not one single friend going down the street they all just stare. Men and women, boy's and girls...It's almost like my aura or the vibe I give is not welcoming, is keeping a straight face a bad thing..or is minding my business bad. It's almost like a spirit possessed me from childbirth keeping people afar.

Someone that I haven't talked to before might decide to keep malice with me like so many people.. frowning face whenever eyes meet and you can see from those eyes the hatred.
Like I wonder what's this problem.. meanwhile there's another guy right there who might be in same place and within a second knows everyone..I think this is spiritual
There is nothing wrong with you, your life style just doesn't match with theirs

I have a similar situation like you, infact I am also in my mid 30s without friends and I have been like that forever.

I am a graduate and in school I only had hello hello friend and just one close dude, people knew me in school but none were my friends. We would exchange pleasantries but it ends there.

In my hood where I grow, still just one friend, the others are strangers that greet me and I greet back that's all.

In church and place of work how far how far but it ends there.

I don't receive visitors , I don't go out. I stay at home anyday I am not going to work and it's just me and my family.

I used to feel concerned before but right now I kind of thank God for it.

I have a lovely and peaceful home because not having friends made me bond closer with my wife and kids with my wife being my kind of person with just one friend.

People see both of us and know that anywhere they see me my wife and daughter is always there. It makes me cherish and value my family so much, building memories and closer bonds

Secondly not having friends has saved me from alot of dangers. Like I don't keep late nights, I dont go clubbing, drink or chase after women because the larger the cycle of friends the more the tendencies to always want to do those things and that would expose me to danger or cause friction in my marriage.

Lastly, enjoying my space makes me thrive, I save alot and invest alot. Not so much things suck money from me. From work to house, my routines are quite predictable and I love it.

The one friend I have is a valuable friend that is beneficial and the business partners I have already know my personality and respect that.

So it's a big win for me, I don't regret it and you shouldn't

Just dey play

The last thing the west or foreign powers want for Africans is a nationalist to take power.

Tinubu knows how to play ball and they will rather have Tinubu there doing all their biddings than allow an Obi.

Obi's biggest obstacle is his statements about moving Nigeria from consumption to production. That is a big threat to the foreign powers that feed off Nigeria.

If Nigeria moves from consumption to production, who will now buy their finish products in Nigeria?

Why do you think they look the other way while the government run the country upside down? Why do you think human rights doesn't work in Africa?

The same CNN and BBC openly said nobody was killed during endsars protest. you think it was mere coincidence? Endsars was a threat to them. If Buhari's remote controlled govt had fallen it would have been a nightmare for the west.

Do you think banditry and insurgency in Nigeria has anything to do with religion? If you don't know those areas they attack are areas rich in rare earth minerals. They need to sack the committee, strike fear and when the inhabitants runaway , they bring in their machines to mine those resources and ship out.

It started from zamfara with zamfara gold, sambisa is rich with rare earth minerals and north central is rich in minerals needed for making microchips and EV batteries

South west is rich in Timber and many forestry resources and you think they will allow a president that knows how to utilize them.

Those big vessels that steal crude out of Nigeria you think your govt is not aware of them?

Guy just chill, Obi will never be allowed to win, they will do everything to rig him out

If you are not an igbo trader you will not understand this thing.

Igbos gosh are so generous..
I did my wedding last year without spending a dime of my money.

I created committee of friends but do you know that my other friends barely contributed but my market people raised over 10m for me. I was so happy.

I used 4m for my wedding and the rest went into my business.

My friend also in the market over 17m was raised for his wedding and he didn't spend about 7m for that wedding.

One that lost his father about 20m was raised. He buried his dad and still had more to invest in his business.

Even many Yoruba people in the market that roll with Igbos have learnt this.

Was it not last January a Yoruba guy did his wedding, created committee of friends and added market people. Igbos dominated that group and over 8m was raised

One Yoruba guy had eye problem, he is also a nice guy and money was raised for him running into millions.

Everyday I thank God for making me quit my 9 to 5 job to go into business. It's a move I thank God for everyday because salary earners do not understand the power of donating for another person's cause.

When I was an office work any small contribution vexes me ehhhh. If a friend adds me to a committee of friend I do everything to avoid it but going into market I saw how it made life easy for everyone.

Contributing 10k, 20k, 50k feels small like money you are throwing away but when you have a project to carry out for the fact that you contributed to others, if you are good they will contribute for you with ease

As a salary earner every project was tedious, I would have to save and work for it but as a business person now once U gather 1 or 2 friends the money is raised
FamilyRe: What Did Your Wife Do During Your Relationship That Made You Say She's The One? by Flesh10: 7:10am On May 17
I dated mine for 8yrs and for one day we didn't have any serious issue. There is this peace of mind I had around her

No unnecessary quarrels
She is very simple
No social media frenzy
No long throat
Just herself

After 8yrs I knew this is the one and proceeded to do the needful and so far she is still the same woman I met years ago no troubles.

Peace of mind over anything for me

Why do many young Nigerians believe the only way to succeed is to leave home?

Every day, thousands dream about Europe as the ultimate escape route — better roads, stable electricity, cleaner systems, stronger currency, and a more comfortable life. On social media, it often looks perfect. People post pictures in winter jackets, airports, clean streets, and foreign apartments, making it seem like life automatically becomes successful once you leave Nigeria.

But behind many of those pictures is another story nobody talks about enough.

The truth is that only a small percentage of Nigerians abroad are genuinely thriving financially and emotionally. Yes, some people have built successful careers, businesses, and stable lives overseas, and their success deserves respect. But for the overwhelming majority, life abroad is often a constant cycle of survival, bills, and pressure.

Many Nigerians abroad are living paycheck to paycheck. After rent, taxes, transportation, childcare, insurance, and endless expenses, there is little left. Some work exhausting shifts in warehouses, factories, care homes, or cleaning jobs for years with no real ownership or long-term security to show for it. Some are constantly anxious about visas, residency papers, documentation renewals, or immigration status. Behind the smiling pictures online are sleepless nights, loneliness, depression, and fear of uncertainty.

Some people spend ten or twenty years abroad and still cannot confidently say they have built a lasting foundation either there or back home in Nigeria. No land. No investment. No business. No real roots. Just survival from one month to another.

And as time passes, deeper worries begin to appear.

Many quietly wonder what old age will look like for them abroad. Will their children, raised fully in Western culture, still value family the same way Nigerians traditionally do? Will those children want to care for them personally when they grow old, or will they eventually end up alone in care homes, visited occasionally out of obligation rather than love and connection?

Some even worry about where they will finally be buried. Back home in Nigeria among their ancestors and family roots? Or in a foreign land where their children may feel more attached to than the country their parents came from?

These are painful conversations many people avoid having openly.

Meanwhile, back in Nigeria, despite all the frustration and hardship, there are people quietly building lives with purpose, ownership, and legacy.

Nigeria is still one of the biggest untapped markets in the world. In a country with over 200 million people, almost every problem is a business opportunity waiting for someone brave enough to solve it. While many people are focused on escaping, others are building companies, brands, farms, schools, tech startups, transport businesses, and real estate portfolios.

People behind companies in Nigeria that are unicorn, like fintechs, trading firms etc and did not wait for another country to hand them opportunities. They saw possibilities inside Nigeria and built around them.

Even in entertainment, we have seen many become global names while remaining deeply connected to their Nigerian identity and culture.

And beyond celebrities, there are ordinary Nigerians who may never trend online but are building quietly every day. The man who owns a growing supermarket chain in Aba. The woman running a successful fashion business in Lagos. The young developer earning remotely from Nigeria. The farmer expanding his land year after year. These people may not post foreign pictures online, but they are creating something solid and lasting.

Of course, this does not mean Europe is bad or that nobody should travel. There are Nigerians abroad doing incredibly well, building wealth, raising healthy families, and creating opportunities. Some people genuinely need to leave for education, healthcare, security, or a better quality of life.

But maybe the real question is this:

Should success only be measured by leaving Nigeria?

Because sometimes, the person staying back to build a business, create jobs, buy land, support family, preserve culture, and leave behind a legacy may actually be building a richer life than someone abroad living from shift to shift with nothing truly theirs.

At the end of the day, earning a paycheck is one thing. Building something that outlives you is another.
Deciding to jettison my UK japa plans when all my friends were pro japa I think is one of the most important decisions I have made in my life

My friends were gone and 6months later the pressure was huge on me to move too.

I applied, got admission and had everything ready to go. I was making 500k monthly but then I paused and asked myself what kind of life do I want for myself?

Do I want to live a life of working and being scared of change of immigration laws or a life where I have freedom to be myself.

Do I want to go wash old people's butts and pack vomit or push myself here to be better and travel to visit when I want.

At the end of several questions asked to myself I arrived at my truth. Japa is not for me now so I pulled the plug and stopped the process, my friends were shocked .

Fast forward to 4yrs later since then, I make over 3m monthly and also equivalent of 500k monthly from mutual funds.

I didn't have to go wash butts and never will do that
