Use of 12pm and 12am is correct...its just a school of taught trying to point out the accuracy of timing that advocate for use of 12midnight and 12noon....but judging by literal meaning of PM and Am, its very correct to use it with 12.

Now let stop derailing....we are all here for the CL and UEL draw update.

I received my award letter on Tuesday Aug 8th @ kebbi state university of science and tech. filled the acceptance form and summited on the same day. a staff of kebbi state scholarship board today told me that they have summited our acceptance forms to abuja on Friday and he was told hopefully we would start receiving alert b4 month end

That's for 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 sessions right

I received my letter from my school's DSA yesterday,the date on it is 2015,does that mean they are paying for two sessions?
