A curfew was declared, some A15 PCM went ahead to watch the champions league match (you just can't seperate guys & football).

On their way back, they met a team of soldiers; who decided to flog them according to the numbers on their various jerseys (clothes), for disobeying the law.

The first guy was putting on a chelsea jersey, with number 10 (Eden Hazard) imprinted at the back. So, he was flogged 10 times. The second guy was wearing 50 cent imprinted shirt and was given 50 lashes.

This time, the third guy, who is a Fulani guy started crying from afar. So the soldiers asked him to turn his back. Guess what?!?! He was wearing Sai Buhari 2015.

the best way it can be done effectively is to hold a press briefing with all major TV, radio and newspaper present. then the major challenge and need for immediate increments will be stated.....but u need to partner with a recognised NGO..
