Look at these clowns! You think the people who are proposing to hit the stress were doing so because of 50kg bag of rice? Rather than address the root cause of the uprising, these clowns went about sharing bags of rice that can not sustain 1 million households for 30 days. So every month end, Nigerians would line up to collect rice... I used to think Jagaban was smart. Honestly, the man really really fall my hands. |
TemplarLandry:You go dedicate song tire! |
Baba wey no well dey fear protest... ![]() |
Nigeria would enter the Guinness Book of Records as the only country where people held a protest against another protest. If you're reading this from the diaspora, you don't know what God has done for you. |

Lol The revolution will not be televised. |
Alright. |
Name them. |
That was a multi-million Naira autoshop.. Nigerian government... Their wickedness knows no bound. |
Adewale1603:Some people make an average of 100 to 200 transfers everyday. Top business owners are very busy individuals. |
Menemonic:Opay will contact the customer first before reversing the erroneously transfered funds. Except if there's a court order. |
From one problem to another. |

Nigeria has gone past it's elastic limit. We're gradually heading towards the breaking point. Even if the protest doesn't hold, what would happen in September, October, November and December if tangible solutions aren't deployed to reduce the sufferings of the people? Would the government keep inviting Traditional/Religious leaders to Aso Rock every month, to persuade them to engage their people or order heads of security outfits to threathen protesters? How long would they be able to sustain this their antics? In all this, the president has refused to address the nation... You think the Soilders and policemen too are not facing the heat? What if they decide to express their grievances and take laws into their hands? This isuie the government is handling with kids glove would escalate into a bigger crises. The protests might not proceed as planned, but the anarchy that might follow afterwards might be something that the government would not be able to control. |
mediclife1987:Baba. The street is military. If you loose guard, dem go carry you shine. You gat dey On G 247! |
You must be a very careless person to fall for this type of cheap scam. Most of the guys that I know who are into e-commerce usually ask their clients to pay to the delivery man. I usually feel very uncomfortable about this.... But the logistics company know the riders and the sellers know better than me. Then as a buyer, I pay attention to details, especially when making purchases online. Omoh. I act like FBI because I know the folks that I have in this geographical entrapment called Nigeria. The other day, I saw a Eyeglass on jiji.... The store address was Garki. I chatted the seller... He said he is in Lagos... That was the end of our conversation. If I chat you on 12345 and you call me using 54321, end of deal. You send account details, it doesn't match with the name on your profile or the company's name... End of deal. If I ask you two to three questions, and you're not sounding convincing... I'm gone... For instance, I saw one headphone on jiji last week. In the description, the er wrote "Active Noise Cancellation".. When I called him up, I asked him to confine the features, he said he had to go to the shop to check the carton... I blocked him immediately. Sometimes, these guys might be genuine sellers who adopt unethical strategies to boost their sales... I don't care. If I'm not comfortable, I'm out! |

Barr. Wike, You're doing well... But this protest is beyond fancy roads and flyovers. People are hungry! The security agencies threatening the protesters have forgotten that it is due to their inability to curtail the activities of bandits in the north, that has contributed to to the food crises that were currently facing. All the monies that they have been throwing about on unnecessary state house projects, hajj, foreign climate trips, etc would have been used to import food items to flood the markets, while they figure out how to tackle the high cost of transportation and get farmers back to their farmlands. But for where... |

Hassanmaye:You'll be shocked how security forces will respond to this protest... They won't do anything. If e touch Dangote, who con be DSS? |
jyz200:More time to do what exactly? Wreck the economy to an irredeemeable state? |
seunmsg:Ebot. This topic is about PO vs Bayo. If you want to discuss PG vs PO create another thread. |
Do you know that I stopped praying for Nigeria since 2012? No matter how spirit-filled I am... Once my pastor starts that let's pray for Nigeria, let's pray for our leaders... Bla Bla Bla Bla.... My prayer ends there.. I fit just find one worhsip song dey hum, while waiting for others to finish with their fruitless task. I'm sure that even God gets angry when Nigerians make certain requests from him. How can a country be so blessed, yet very poor? How? I even thought they were after her because of the Mass wedding for orphans that she wanted to stop in Niger State. Never knew that one was even child's play. |
DUNDEEmoderatos:Swerve man. I don't fall for cheap emotional blackmail. |
