Nigeria can never work based on "unitary" only.. I don't know why this is so hard for the Igbos to comprehend. We are different people for crying out loud, more like partners in progress, doesn't make us automatically "tribeless". The way Yorubas think and approach issues is different from the way an average Igbo person thinks., still different from how Hausas think.. only liars and hypocrites will feign ignorance about that fact. |
This right here is the reason why Southern youths are not joining the Army.. when terrorists kill our serving Military men, noone asks about the welfare of their families or offer scholarships to their children, but somehow the terrorists get welcome party, financial support for re-integration into the society. A system rewarding evil doers can't progress no matter the antics used. |
How exactly is this an issue?.. they bought massive plots of land in Abia State with their money to do business.. it's the exact same way Igbos buy land in other parts of the country to do business. |
The truth is that Nigeria is still one of the best destinations for startups to thrive globally.. the incentives and concessions you'd get doing business in Nigeria, you can't them get anywhere else. That's one of the main reasons Chinese, Indians, Lebanese etc. are rushing down to Nigeria which doubles as the most populous black nation on earth and gateway to African market. Soon anything produced in Nigeria can freely enter most African nations hassle-free. The best time to start investing in Nigeria is now, especially manufacturing, creative arts, Made-in-Nigeria textiles and fabrics, etc. |
I think the past administration stylishly protected the terrorists in Northern parts of the country by asking media to call them "bandits" instead of terrorists that they are.. the media too is complicit in the issue of insecurity bedeviling our nation. A news report that "terrorists attacked Military base" will draw more attention globally compared to a news report that "bandits attacked Military base" |
Warrior99:They are planning to carry out January 15, 1966 Igbo coup part 2.. reason they want to claim indigenes of other States.. so that when they strike, they'll say they are not Igbos but the indigenes of the region/State they live in, just like they attempted with Major Kaduna Nzeogwu who was Delta-Igbo but claimed Kaduna because he was born in the North. It's all a decoy to attack Nigeria once more. Yoruba leaders especially and traditional rulers better shine their eyes and know what they are doing. |
He's been fair to all.. the only reason some of you are wailing is because you know you can't turn PBAT against Yorubas like you did with Obj and later GEJ.. dem no born una well to make a genuine Yoruba man turn his back against his own people. The next INEC Chairman will be Yoruba.. nothing you or anyone xan do about it. After 8 years of PBAT, a Yoruba from North Central will be APC flagbearer in 2031 and he will still win. |
PressMyButton:No mind the mum.u.. I don't know the glass they are shaking or ants he's talking about. Trying to sound smart when infact he is a dunce. |
The worst set of tribalists in Nigeria are the ones always quick to call others tribalist.. go on youtube and see Kanu, an Igbo man from Abia State issuing orders for his followers to burn down Lagos and destroy Yoruba properties. None of the Igbos defending him today called him to order, instead they were all applauding him in their closets.. their joy was shortlived the moment their son got caught in Kenya. Tells you the kind of danger we're overlooking in the country. |
They can do better.. anything from 50k, 70k to 80k per night should be comfortable at least.. If not for safety concerns, will people pay that much to pass the night?. |
Fubara should learn politics from the real masters of politics in Nigeria (Yorubas), not nzogbu approach to political matters that require diplomacy. Those sinking ones will wish for the Rivers man to sink as well but Fubara will bounce back. |
They are all busy looting.. all of them without exception. The ijekuje that they are eating won't allow them think outside the box on ways to secure their constituents and citizens in their States. They take the easy shortcut.. point to the FG. |
Resonance2019:This is not a matter of ronus.. it's a matter of what is right or wrong. What the Northerners are doing can fuel ethnic tension in the country if nothing is done about it. NANS is a students body, not political.. so why should desperate politicians be using the students mouthpiece for partisan and destructive politics? |
Why beg them?.. not like they can survive on their own. Niger republic for instance still needs cheap goods and services, petroleum products, gas supply, etc from Nigeria. Their only saving grace is that Nigeria is running democratic system of Government and not dictatorship, if not, those sahel states would have been kicked out long ago. |
I knew the accusation was politically motivated when I saw the news.. why are Northerners this desperate? How and when did the factional NANS leader meet with the President's son?.. So every thug you have issue with on the streets now is a supporter of Seyi Tinubu?.. PBAT should not tolerate this nonsense.. the DSS should pick the NANS guy up and grill him thoroughly. |
Hanty leave story.. you go spread legs ni jor. Which kind yeye whyning be this.. |
These yeye cashtivists won't rest.. this particular one had to wait till PBAT, a Yoruba man was sworn-in as President before running his basket mouth.. you for try this nonsense with Buhari, let's see who will save you |
The marabout that saw vision of him becoming Nigeria's President was probably on cheap drugs.. |
Some people will rush to buy cutlass and keep in case of incasity just like the time of M.K.O Abiola.. If you won't allow people vote other candidates in your region because your tribesman is on the ballot, then Yorubas too shouldn't allow other candidates get votes in South West especially Lagos since a Yoruba man is on the ballot. The mistake of 2023 won't happen again. |
Sorry about your predicament.. did you make findings about their recruitment process? How sure are you that the offer letter was genuine (on scale of 1 - 10)? Right now it's a matter of 50/50.. you might be called upon for necessary documentation or you might never hear from them. Once there is change in Government, they mostly want to do everything afresh and recruit their own people. You can head to the parastatal in question and find out from the HR section reason for the silence. All the best. |
You are more sensible that the Zikist pushing for indigeneship bill for outsiders in other regions.. when people are moving right, those other ones are facing left looking for other people's ancestral lands to call no man's land.. However, those suggestions of yours won't change much as long as illegal migration to SW is still ongoing. |
His crime was being a Yoruba man in a supposed "Awolowo" coup as some revisionist are trying hard to force January 15, 1966 Igbo coup down the throat of Nigerians.. The events of January 15, 1966 coup d'etat by mostly Igbo soldiers fueled tribalism in Nigeria. The retaliation was even blo0dier than the main coup with many Igbos murdered.. Moral of the story, never underestimate others. |
I beg to differ.. I think Governor Sanwo Olu is pissed that the Agulu fraud is pretending to be what he is not. Mr. Obi is in no position to criticize anyone atal because he failed woefully in Governance for 8 years in Anambra State. |
So some of you still fail in those glorified secondary schools called private unis?.. despite all the spoon-feeding due to high school fees. It is well with you people o.. I can't even count the number of times I slept off at Lagoon front in Unilag with my Engineering textbooks back in the days. |
Don't be deceived Mr. foreigner, nobody is marginalizing Igbos.. how many elective positions in Igboland are held by non-Igbos?NONE. How many elective positions are Igbos holding outside Igboland? PLENTY. They are littered all over every nook and cranny of the country doing business freely, buying lands and building houses without stereotype or disturbance but how many non-Igbos are getting similar treatment in Igboland? FEW. If you're looking for marginalized tribe in Nigeria.. it's the Yorubas, right from Awolowo to M.K.O who was denied his election victory to the unfair treatment of Yorubas by the GEJ Govt. The only time Yorubas entered mainstrem politics in Nigeria was 2023 when PBAT emerged President.. check history, it has been Fulanis and Igbos doing padi padi, sharing everything shareable. |
You must be a toddler to put up this trash.. a minority candidate that was kicked out of Office will defeat a majority Yoruba President?.. for wetin na?. |
He should have used them as scapegoat.. most of these men in uniform don't understand that they are privileged to be serving their country and should treat every citizen with respect. It's only soldiers that have that Orientation and discipline.. I wonder what messed the NPF up. |
Nigerians can clearly see those who have turned problem for this country.. right from Nnamdi Azikiwe to Aguiyi Ironsi down to Banjamin Kalu.. all their actions to erode other people's cultures and traditions are borne out of the fact that they can't stay put in their region.. just like the Fulani marauders, these ones too roam about the country looking for spaces to dominate and colonize. I believe the States House of Assembly can act and fight the nonsense bill at the Supreme Court. Never again must we allow highly decorated idi0ts put our peace and unity on the line for their selfish ethnic domination agenda. Yoruba ronu.. Yorubas wake up and reject this nonsense.. outsiders won't leave their lands to be eyeing South West jobs and public offices meant strictly for Yorubas under guise of indigene bill. |
