TravelRe: $68M Lost By Africans To Schengen Visa Rejection; Nigeria Lost $4.9M In 2024 by flokii: 12:01am On Jun 03, 2025
Just imagine the ponzi scheme and corruption that the Europeans are running in Africa . after stealing all the mineral resources they still steal from naive Africans through Visa fee and whatnot.

What exactly is African Union doing?.

What is really wrong with Africans?.

The Europeans take your Visa application money to dash their own people as benefits and whathaveyou while millions of malnourished African children die of hunger and starvation daily.
It's sad mehn.
PoliticsRe: Why Is George Akume Silent While Fulani Herdsmen Massacre His People? by flokii: 10:31pm On Jun 02, 2025
It's the dangers lurking in the Middle Belt that I fear for.. that belt is very strategic in inter-State travel and trade. This same culture of neglect by the Government of Nigeria was how armed militancy started in the Niger Delta. It's the same thing those nonchalant politicians in Government today are repeating, neglecting the people of Benue and Plateau States till armed militancy groups will start springing up that can end Nigeria (yes, I mean it).
PBAT should heed our plea.. deploy all State assets to the Middle Belt and neutralize all those killing innocent Nigerians, else he might not have a country to rule in 2 - 3 yrs from now.

Mr. SGF Akume, respectfully sir, please use your Office to save lives of the people of Benue. Don't just sit there, playing politics, act now while you can before they will eliminate all your kinsmen.

You better cherish your 'problem-free' life while you can . the moment you start contacting all sorts e.g. staph, gonorrhea, syphilis etc. from the opposite sex, you'd know wat's up.
Sex kills literally if you don't take caution.. always use protection
RomanceRe: Visiting My In-laws For The First Time – Advice & Experience Sharing Needed by flokii: 2:38am On Jun 02, 2025
Dress well, wear a good perfume.
Buy a gift for your in-laws (non alcoholic wine or malt should do).
Be polite and observe table manners, drink water with glass etc.
Go along with your brother or friend, depending on how you interact with your friends and family members.

Be respectful, as an omoluabi that you are, you must treat everyone with respect be it old or young
Best of luck.

Still in phase 1 out of like like 10 phases where you'd fall in and out of love as much as you can.
Christianity EtcRe: Nigeria Would Be Far Worse Without Prayer – Adeboye by flokii: 2:03am On Jun 02, 2025
What we need in Nigeria is ACTION.. enough with the religious talks abeg.
The religion our people carry for head like gala, where has it gotten us to?.. more and more rot in the system, more and more decay in all spheres of life, corrupt individuals hiding under religion to stay hidden in plain sight. Abegi.
PoliticsRe: South West Should Produce All Presidential Candidates, South East In 2031-lamido by flokii: 1:55am On Jun 02, 2025
Nigeria needs sixteen straight years of Yoruba rule for things to get better.. I've said it before and I will keep saying it that Yorubas are still the best administrators as far as Nigeria is concerned.

Check the Stats.. SW tops in all development indices in Nigeria, even SS with all the oil noise doesn't come close.
PoliticsRe: Sanwo-olu To Tinubu: You Have Achieved So Much In Just Two Years by flokii:
PBAT has really tried.. history will be kind to him.
He stood firmly on subsidy removal, cleared IMF debt, built infrastructure (rail, roads, coastal roads, airports, seaports etc.). He even created a Marine and blue economy portfolio to help maximize the profit from our water bodies.
The only part remaining is security, he should do more in that aspect. Ensure soldiers are well catered for, well equipped and well funded. Flush out those issuing instructions to soldiers not to engage the insurgents. It's Govt. job and nobody is above discipline or dismissal from service.
Let those ready to work with you work for lasting peace and security and pen all others for retirement or dishonourable discharge, whatever.
PoliticsRe: I'm A Sucker For New Roads - Soyinka At The Commisioning Of Lagos-Calabar Road by flokii: 1:29am On Jun 02, 2025
The losers that claimed the coastal road was a scheme to embezzle money won't be happy.. they have entered covenant with stagnation, never to move forward in life, just like the case in Anambra under their fake messiah.
Kudos to PBAT for doing this one... Atiku should forget any support from SW and SS. Coastal highway is a goal.
TravelRe: ''There Is No Life In UK!'' - Nigerians In UK Warn Their Countrymen. by flokii: 1:10am On Jun 02, 2025
U.K has been like that for a while now.. even the Whites are not finding it funny talk more of immigrants.
The problem with Africans is crowd mentality.. oh because this person has gone abroad, I must go too. Ehnn you don go and your eyes don see am.

Oh Africa, blessed continent plagued with bad leaders and docile people.. where some people sleep outside overnight and still carry on fine the next day.. Go try am in UK or Canada and see if you'd live to tell the story.

Lastly, Government should do something about these education agents deceiving Nigerians about opportunities abroad, most Nigerian youths are now stranded because of false assurances from these agents.

If you must work in Nigeria, get a Nigerian degree.. If you go U.K, then don't come back to look for work in Nigeria. Stay there and stay jobless if you don't get job. As simple as that.
That's the only way that Education in Nigeria and Africa will improve and have more worth.
PoliticsRe: IGBOPHOBIA... Copied by flokii: 10:31pm On Jun 01, 2025
Codepain:
Yorubaland is for the Yorubas, Igboland is for the Igbos, and Hausaland is for the Hausas. How does that translate to igbophobia ? No one is saying Igbos should be harmed or anything extreme just that they should focus on developing and residing in their own region

Ironically, it’s often the Igbos who are hostile to other tribes. We’ve seen indiscriminate attacks on Fulani communities, and figures like Nnamdi Kanu openly inciting violence against Yorubas living in the SE.

The author of that Facebook post seriously needs to have their head examined.
I tire o.. how will you hold someone tight in the neck and ask him not to scream for help?..

They want to reduce Yorubas to beggars and street urchins in their ancestral lands while they go about taking up jobs, elective posts and whatnot meant for Yoruba people.

This was the exact same thing Akintola fought against in the 60s'.. what likes of Zik did appointing just 3 Yorubas in UI, Ibadan, then gave Igbos all the appointments (over 180 slots). Just imagine the nonsense, and it's not as if Yorubas are getting employed in their South East. They openly state it that only indigenes can get jobs in SE but Yorubas are still acting like what I don't know in this era and time.
PoliticsRe: IGBOPHOBIA... Copied by flokii: 10:23pm On Jun 01, 2025
Where are all these fo0lish people crawling out from sef?.. that they are using Yoruba names even makes the whole situation more baffling.

What exactly is Igbophobia?.. is it like physical face-off or attacks or what exactly?. We all live, work amd do business together day in day out despite the disagreements and reproach for overstepping boundaries.

I'm proudly Yoruba and I love to see those who are proud of their roots be it Hausa, Igbo, Itsekiri, Ijaw, Igala and whathaveyou.. I love and respect those who are original, feel good about their identity and own up for their acts not play victims.

The Igbos have benefitted far too much from Yorubaland than what any Yoruba dead or alive has benefitted from Igbos and Igboland.. is it free education, is it free healthcare or employment opportunities that Igbos have benefitted from Yorubaland that we want to start mentioning or the hundreds of thousands of Igbo kids littered all over Yorubaland?. What exactly do these people want?

You want to take over our lands like the erstwhile colonialists did while we look on, applaud and do nothing?... is that what Igbophobia nonsense is about?.
PoliticsRe: “nigerian Soldier EXPOSES Army Corruption & Fulani Herdsmen Cover-up!” by flokii: 10:06pm On Jun 01, 2025
Nigeria should have had a secession clause right from the onset but greed of some people that wanted to dominate every other tribe set our course to this terrible destination we've gotten to today.. everyone is about monetary gain while the country sinks, no jobs, no security, no power, nothing.
Still some are using tribal affiliations to promote non-State actors killing and maiming fellow Nigerians. To what end?

Omo Nigeria ewo l'ewo?. which way??

does abok1 produce radios and flashlights
Nigeria produced lamps, lanterns, torchlights and even batteries back in the days till some people destroyed our commerce and industry sector with importation.
The 419 shouting let's move Nigeria from consumption to production to deceive gullible ones like yourself sells only imported items in his supermarkets.
PoliticsRe: Yoruba Group Decries ‘Ethnic Harassment’ Of LASU Lecturer, Adeyinka Olarinmoye by flokii: 8:32pm On Jun 01, 2025
The DSS need to up their game.. let them fish all those harassing the woman out before Yorubas will start taking law into their hands.
This is serious threat and danger rearing its head right under our nostrils. The mistakes of older generation Yorubas must not be repeated again.
Everyone should know their boundaries.

A harmless statement that her kids will marry Yoruba shouldn't be a threat to any alien except they have hidden agenda for Yorubaland and her people.

It's actually painful that people are not seeing the dangerous trend going on.. just do unboxing and ask people to go and buy foreign-made devices at unreasonable prices.

I hope Africa, most especially Nigeria will wake up.
PoliticsRe: Importation Is Not Killing Our Economy Lack Of Export Is by flokii: 8:20pm On Jun 01, 2025
Importation destroys any economy that isn't producing anything for itself and for exports.. the Igbos especially wrecked our economy with their container on high sea and importation mentality. It's the singular reason there are many jobless graduates in Nigeria today, industry sector collapse, zero technological advancements as Nigerians now rely on China and likes to produce the gadgets and all other things consumed in the country.

It's a shame that we have people who still think upside down in this present day and time.
PoliticsRe: The Crass Foolishness Of Obidients Can Be Seen In Their Support For El Rufai by flokii: 4:01pm On May 27, 2025
The reason Yorubas are smarter than them is that Yorubas understand the power play in Nigeria, same with South South (I'm amazed). The Fulani/North will never honour coalition to enthrone a Southerner (not even Igbo) but they will preach coalition as far as a Northerner (in this case Atiku) will be the beneficiary.
Well, like some are saying now that they can support who they want which is true.. they should not expect support from Yorubas for their tribal Presidential ambition in future cos it won't happen.

The one I'm even surprised with is the 'religious war' chanter who is now jumping around with same muslims from core North.. I guess his own religious war is by party and not religion.

Most times it's mp3 songs for music and mp4 for videos. Get those videos converted or you re-dowmload them in mp4 format.

If you like cry from now till eternity.. Chinedu Rhodes Vivour won't govern Lagos.
Nobody is politicizing Yoruba culture.. what we are saying is NO to external influence in Yoruba politics.

The Igbos I like so much have this protectionist sense for what is theirs.. it's only Yorubas that are carefree about sensitive matters such as politics and leadership.

Yorubas follow those who think in Yoruba, not those who are IPOBs at heart.
CareerRe: This Is Not For Civil Servants: A Mockery Masquerading As Marketing by flokii: 3:07pm On May 27, 2025
Nigeria has no punishment for those who violate her laws and constitution.. that statement "this is not for civil servants" is both a treasonable offence against the Federal Republic of Nigeria and a serious economic crime.
Without the civil service, you won't have any semblance of a country or a Government to start with.. civil servants and/or public servants simply refer to Government employees at all levels (Federal, States and Local Government).
PoliticsRe: Could Nigeria's Careful Ethnic Balancing Act Be Under Threat? by flokii: 9:38am On May 27, 2025
CommonSense1967:
Don't mind them. They are the most tribalistic people in Nigeria, yet they cry about tribalism more than any other group.
The only reason they are still crying about Jonathan losing the election is simply because he gave them more than they deserve in the Nigerian entity. They were happy that others were put on the back burner; they said it didn't matter as long as the people chosen were qualified. Now, they are wailing and crying like a bunch of people suffering from lunacy.
I remember vividly how they defended Jona's lopsided selection even to the National Conference. They said it didn't matter as long as the people selected were qualified. Now, they are counting and using binoculars to check names. Bunch of blind hypocrites.
May God bless you for taking us down memory lane.. I recall vividly how some Igbos and their SS neighbors heaped insults on Yorubas, telling GEJ to chase away all Yorubas asking that marginalization of Yorubas be addressed.. likes of Asari Dokubo and his wife (who is now late) ridiculed Yorubas because of GEJ who Yorubas stood for when North rejected him, because he was from a minority ethnic group in the South.

We must also see all the appointees under the PBAT administration as Nigerians, not from tribal lens. Simple as that.
PoliticsRe: Could Nigeria's Careful Ethnic Balancing Act Be Under Threat? by flokii: 8:12am On May 27, 2025
There is no written law that says so so and so positions should go to North, same way there is no law that says Yorubas can't hold key portfolios in Nigeria.

You lots will be the first to label others tribalists but y'all are the ones most vocal over tribe of the President's appointees.. if that doesn't make you lots tribalists as well, then I wonder what the yardstick is to tag some as tribalists.

When GEJ completely marginalized Yorubas, did you see Yorubas making mockery of themselves all over the news like some of you are doing today? No. Our people simply restrategized politically and sent the Yoruba hater packing. That strategy has placed Yorubas at a great advantage today and Yorubas deserve all the positions and benefits we've been denied for years.
I also look forward to the next INEC Chairman who MUST be a Yoruba man and not a Mohammed or Nwosu. A Yoruba Professor must and will head INEC next.
