I have given him millet, and custard but I don't know age appropriate milk to give. Also how can I mash food for my baby like beans?

Also what are the foods that you think will be good for him?

Any milk from 6m up that's Nan 2, sma gold 2, etc with 2 at the end.
I use blender thoo or you can buy that small mortar and pestle, the fancy portable one.

You can buy from mall or shoprite. I bought from someone, you can check her IG page @organicsbykunbi dunno if I got it right. Bought fenugreek, flaxseed and sesame seeds from her @affordable price. She does pay on delivery.

I think you should give her supplements too! My baby is non foodie and she only likes eating bread and bananas, so everyday now, i give her supplement. I have been praying that my other babies should love food. Cos its not easy, you keep shouting swallow it, and they will just keep it in their mouth or push it out with their tongue. exhausting!!!

Supplements don't do shit for her. She'll be hungry but will request for agege bread or aintain or nta(water). What I do is to feed her bit by bit like 5 times in a day with fight.
We've tried: Vitane, well kid, Astyfer.
I'll take 10ml of Astyfer and be shivering for food like someone that was starved.
If you want her to cry or sleep just bring out her plate.

Hasn't she heard about banana. How are you managing to keep her alive May my lazy arse never have a non foodie baby. I have one niece that the only way they get her to eat is to get a stranger to be screaming at her while feeding. I once acted as the stranger 'OPEN YOUR MOUTH' 'SWALLOW IT NOW' . Crude method but the mom was out of options and the child was almost disappearing.

I use granma method, I wear a straight face sometimes, sometimes I beg. Hubby is not finding it funny cos she does the same to pap and tea. My Sil tried, my sister too when they came for ọmụgwọ but no change. She's agile but her clothes are no longer firm on her.

All her excuses no longer work for me, from I want to poo poo, coughing, crying, twiddling her biggy biggy, scratching her hair and body, carrying the food in her mouth etc, now my teeth is the newest excuse on board.
She prefer ripe plantain raw, neither cooked nor fried. She can finish a bunch of it if you allow her.
No favorite food yet.

Yes, went with her dad. Was given bonjela and calcium syrup. Much better but is now a perfect excuse for her now to reject food. But she'll use the same teeth that is paining her to eat gala without wincing or crying.

Sorry dear. My dd coughs a lot too, their paed said is bronchial something, can't remember and is hereditary but will outgrow it before 10years. We don't sleep with AC on again, I don't do steam Inhalation for her, I fry once in a while and she mustn't be around even dust or fuel triggers it. I don't fleet again even if I want to, I do that in the morning when nobody is around and I always leave with my son so he won't inhale it too cos I don't know if he has it too.
I've Ascorex, Vit c and ibuprofen always in my house which was prescribed by the paed.
I believe she'll outgrow it one day.
