Won't be harsh as such, the spirit has been touching it all along now while caring for the cord. We were using chloroxyl gel for the cord and we continued after it fell till it heals but i think methylated spirit is more common.

I used chloroxyl gel for my boy, 7th day stump never fall was bringing out yellow something. I rushed to pharmacy shop and bought moko spirit and cleaned it thoroughly. It fell in the morning of the 8th day and currently using blue seal vaseline.

Hi màmàs, I would like to confirm my edd manually às I always hàd diff dates from the scàns I did. my LMP was 20th October. I hvnt gotten labour signs yet n doctor hasn't asked me to come for inducement. Using my LMP, when is supposed to be my edd. Treat as urgent please as I'm getting worried. I'm a ftm.

Good afternoon mamas, my cousin called me this morning and said she was bleeding (I think she is 21weeks gone). She had scan done and scan revealed that her amniotic fluid is low. Although the bleeding has stopped. She took drip and she has been placed on bed rest.

She is expecting twins. I spoke with her Doctor about having a cervical cerclage. He said he wants to watch her before he will think about that. I asked about progesterone injections because she had miscarriage last year(twins too). He said it is risky considering that she carrying multiple.

Her doc has her medical history so he/she knows best.
I wish her all the best

What is the best way to care for your body as a new mom.
Yea I know about all that sitting on warm water and stuff. For my first I did it for only a short period. I wanted to sleep all the time.
But my aunt who has had two kids told me about how she sat on hot water for 3months and how it restored her body back to factory settings.

For the flat tommy I dont have ish I can work out ehn. Hmmm. I cant even wait for 6weeks to come so I can start. (Any doctor here? Do I really need to wait till 6weeks, I Kent wear all ma clothes and I ain't got money for new clothes. I gotta buy my kids clothes first )

I resemble chicken to them They are tired of talking. I take hot water, hot tea or pap or sometimes shot of Elliott, I wear ppt belt when I have strength.
The jajaina, I do kegel and still do sitzbath once in a while.

The way I eat still � shock me. If I don't eat, I start shaking or feeling dizzy or end up crying.

Congrats to all my teamie that have birthed, "july" I need help on this, all scans carries different date, going by my last menstrual circle due date should be 20th july went for scan yesterday and I also saw different date..no sign of labour for me at all.. Baby movement reduced infact I don't feel so heavy like before.. This pregnancy is just different from for the previous.. Senior mama's please come and give me tips as am tired already

If you notice decrease in movement even after taking sugary stuff, then go to the hospital ASAP.

I believe this should be your 3rd child, it'll end in praise.

Please, wifey is 37weeks gone and with some checkups and scan, baby was 3.3kg

She was feeling inconvovinience lately and with some Braxton Hicks i guess. So she was dilated and it was at 2CM 4 days ago. She later went for checkup earlier today and was still at 2CM dilation.

So the midwife suggested her using castro oil of which she did even before i knew about it (i was at work while she was at the hospital). She has been visiting toilet with some contractions as well this evening.

I am just a bit worried if everything is ok.

The reason she gave was baby been too big to push out vaginally before 40weeks

Is castro oil safe and will it even speed up birth in anyway?

Castor oil only purged me then little contraction nada again.

Maybe it will work for her, she should also drink enough water to avoid dehydration from excess pooing

I am 40wks 1day today, I went to the hospital and Dr said if by 41wks I don't fall into labor I will be induced and if induction fails then I proceed to CS.

I have heard so much about the induction and I don't want to be induced. What do you advice.

Really worried.

Inducement is not bad, I've been induced twice @41wks and @37wks

Just keep telling yourself that the pain will go once baby comes out.

Team July, how far? Me I've trekked, drank zobo, chop pepper soup, twist like snake under hubby yet na on/off contractions I dey feel.

My taste bud dy follow me vex. I don drink ọmụgwọ ụda soup sotey I dy beg hubz to buy malt and gimme. Dunno if he's using all the ụda and uziza seed to prepare it since we're doing the ọmụgwọ by ourself.

That on/off contraction should better be serious oo. It'll end in praise for you. Amen
