If they're pooping, visit a doc for the rightful medication especially if there's loss of weight. Necessary test may be done.
Paracetamol is for fever.

I discovered that my 1 month old baby navel is getting a little bigger. I googled it ,it says it umbilical hernia and that it's very common and go away on it own before baby reach 6 months or 1 year. I want to know if other mamas have experienced this because I'm worried and thinking of taking him to hospital tomorrow. There is no discomfort it pain whatsoever

My kids all have it. It doesn't disturb them so I'm not bothered

A Quick question, is it possible to walk in to a hospital for just delivery purposes? Are there hospitals that accept women in labour and help with delivery without prior visits?

No, especially if they don't have your medical history
Only if it's maternity home.
