Will be posting his arrest here soon. investigations are currently ongoing on him and will be caught soon.

The only engineer to be trusted on this platform is @sypder880. He has his own thread and doesn’t come on this thread to do rubbish or comment rubbish or post rubbish. If you want to know a genuine engineer on Nairaland, they have their own thread and whenever they start a project, they share details and pictures from foundation till finishing of the project and they also show their faces on the site. They carry everyone along on that particular project from start to finish including posting of building materials they bought prices etc…If anyone comes on this thread just posting one or two pictures of a building construction, they are most likely a scammer. They are most likely stealing these pictures from somewhere claiming it’s their work. Please Beware especially those in diaspora. So many people in diaspora have fallen victim including myself recently.

There are far too many Scammers and Quacks on this particular property Thread. Everyone need to be very careful of who you give your job to. Since it’s a free place, Majority of people who are desperate facing hardship in their daily life and just looking for money to feed who don’t have any experience in anything that has to do with construction just come on this thread to post different advert on a daily basis in the hope to catch a victim whom they will either scam completely or do a shabby job. A PROFESSIONAL SCAMMER WHO HAD IT ALL PLANNED OUT TO MAKE IT SEEM HE DID THE JOB BUT WAS OWED MONEY. I came across this thief's profile claiming to be a bricklayer on jiji, I contacted him and he said he can come for the job. He asked for transport of 10,000 which I sent to him and he said he would come with his boys to start the job. He quoted me 550,000 naira for the job. On getting to the site he came with just one other guy. He asked for half payment of 275,000. I provided materials for them and asked that they started work. Immediately I transferred 256,500 to him, he told the guy I asked to keep an eye on them that he wanted to go and bring workers and that was how he ran off and never came back. His real name is ADEDAMOLA Micheal AROJOJOYE google his name his real picture is on google tagged a scammer. He Calls himself Lucky RAMSEY But his real name is ADEDAMOLA MICHEAL AROJOJOYE. I was lucky enough to ask my guy to record them without them knowing which was immediately I sensed he was a scammer. That was how I got his picture thank gracious

I transferred 285,000 to him and was supposed to get his balance after work starts and working to some extent. If truly he asked for extra 100,000 why did he run away. Why not start working and wait for me to agree to add 100k to his balance after working to some extent. why collect more than half payment of 285k and run away immediately without doing any work at all. The excuse he gave was he was going to bring workers so that they can start work. He also collected 18,500 saying he was going to rent shovel and bucket and that was it. He switched off phone and blocked me till date. The guy is a professional scammer. Apparently, he uses YouTube too and posts other peoples work as his own to lure victims in. He claims his name is lucky Ramsey while his real name is ADEDAMOLA MICHEAL AROJOJOYE. He has blocked me on WhatsApp. This guy na professional alaiyebaje thief and I will have no mercy for him I swear on my life. I don’t have time answering anyone’s questions or input. Unless you have more information about him for me I don’t give a Bleep. All I care about is he is going down and will pay dearly for fraud.

@gbadexy on his jiji profile he was using lands to scam also. He was using different professions to scam. What he doesn’t know is that he can be easily tracked down from the calls he made from his mobile number. Everybody he called from his mobile number will be traced and he will be brought out from wherever he is. It could be his friend, mother, father or family members. That’s the job of special fraud unit. So he had better go and hide under the ground from his family, friends and everybody he knows in Nigeria. Because even if he lives in Lagos and have previously called someone in akure, special fraud unit will go to akure to that person. Everybody connected to him will be met. Special fraud unit won’t call their numbers to hint them. They will just arrive at their location and that’s it. He should better use the 256k he stole to eat Amala and goat meat now until he finish spending the money because very soon, he will be starving to death in cell and be praying to God to take his life with the amount of suffering he will suffer.

@gbadexy that’s the same thing the guy that normally helps me in monitoring these workers said to me. He said he didn’t look like a bricklayer.

I have also informed some blogs, this is one of the blogs active in exposing thieves like this guy and they are also on his case. It’s only a matter of time, we will catch him unless he leaves Nigeria completely. Special fraud unit office just informed me to relax. I am one with the whole special fraud unit team and that’s because of the grace of God and doing Good and I know they will catch him for me and for Nigeria with a convoy police patrol. That guy is gone already. No be everybody dem Dey scam. He made a big mistake 😂. I will Personally use him as a scape goat for every other scammer on this platform and other platforms.

Jiji support team said they have blocked his account. He will no longer be able to use jiji. This is the email I got from jiji after providing all evidences to them. This guy has done it with the wrong person. Even though am abroad, I will make sure he is arrested even if i have to spend my last kobo. People like me, we don’t give up until he goes down everywhere for his atrocities, I promise myself I will not rest. So, the other guy he brought with him started plastering just one wall of one toilet, very small wall just to make me pay since I said I won’t pay till they start working. He has already lost his jiji page perhaps he deactivated it himself thinking he is hiding. Jiji team are already on his case I got an email from jiji team this morning a case has been opened for him. And his case is already at the special fraud unit in lekki phase one office. With special fraud unit even if he hides inside the ground he will be dug out and face his consequences. He is a scammer for real. I initially hoped he will come back, that maybe something happened since he has started the work already. But now, it's obvious he ran away. Now, he will never know peace. All because of money that won't even last him for long. Their type makes most client to be scared of giving workers job online. It's just a disgusting and disheartening.
