@CELEBRITYSAND could you share prices of these with us. Sharing prices is giving consumers closure which can prompt customers to patronize. 1. Granite 2. Sharp sand 3. Plaster sand 4. Top soil 5Filling Sand 6 concrete block. 7 blocks. |
@rotecch77 is also one of the ogas when it comes to building on this thread. He has been here delivering since many years ago about since 2017 or so. @spyder880 is the boss of all bosses in property section of Nairaland since way back 2015 that I can remember @spyder880 has his own different threads constantly delivering awesome constructions for Nairalanders home and abroad till date. Check him out and his threads if you’re looking to start your project. Better soup na money kill am sha. |
justcallmenuel @money121 is the roofing sheets and roofing oga on this thread. He has gained ground on this thread and turning up for people here. |
@MDDarah84 why not share your drawing. This way engineers in the house will be able to give you answers. |
@raymondFirstborn both party should find a way to sort issues out. Dragging eachother on here is not appropriate. And also, this particular thread has been here since 2015. Those who started this thread with oga mufutau know themselves with those who has kept this thread active since 2015. Beware of the new comers coming to post sudden advert on this thread especially if you’re a potential client. Ask questions and recommendations from those that have been on this thread for long before you deal with anyone. Else, you might fall victim of what you won’t like. Majority of the names in this list started this thread together with @mufutau55 who created this thread and have built this thread since 2015 that everyone is now enjoying and benefiting from.

@raymondFirstborn you guys are just bringing yourselves down on this thread. What potential client would read all these allegations and still want to patronize y’all. Na wa ooo |
@redgem check jiji or go to Odu Ade Market in Orile. |
@boyestick The stainless steal changed after tiles cleaning, pls what can I do to restore it?thank you for your help. Buy Scouring Powder and Hard Sponge. Pour some scouring powder on the sponge with very tiny drop of water. Then start scrubbing. Come back and thank me |
@Buharidgeneral How much for one window. Windows are not priced like that. Measurements will be taken so depending on size, quantity and design I guess. |
@Rany4all I believe he was referring to using stone coated for flat roofs. Yes I later saw that. |
@BrickDevo please fix the issue you have with this man. Why are you guys like this for goodness sake. Is it a crime for him to call you to come and eat? Now you are holding both the spoon, the food and the plate. Don’t talk about saying you owe him, he is not your friend or family member. Fix and sort him out. Everyone on Nairaland in property section now knows you for the wrong reason. |
@cash1115 Benin City here we come. Please post your Benin POP work once done so we can see, feed our eyes and look forward to patronizing |
@money121 Tell your engr that the building will leak till kingdom come Does this mean stone coated is bad for roofing or what? |
@hslbroker2 came across your thread, please how much is a piece of 12mm, 16mm and 8mm Rods as at today 20th June 2024? |
@Rawgold300 For your roofing sheets and installation use @money121 instead. |
@Rawgold300 this is serious o. Get workers from jiji instead so you can leave them your honest feedbacks and they won’t be able to open a brand new profile incase they want to run from your feedback. Majority of these popular guys in property section here are just overrated. Use them at your own risk. Nonetheless, there are still a very few you can trust and I mean like 3 out of 100. If you’re in diaspora, get one person that can run errands for you, let them give you quotes per stages, then do your research to find out if quotes are not outrageous. Dont pay your money into any workers account except for their labour. When buying materials, send your errand guy to the shop and pay directly into the sellers account. Do a video call to speak to the seller to confirm prices, bargain and see the shop. If you are trying to do big man with these workers, they will overuse you and almost ruin you. You have to come down to their level completely and be very strict with your money before giving it to anyone. Your errand guy must send you pictures and videos of the right amount of materials you paid for. Don’t pay for any materials you don’t see. Don’t give your money to any one to go and buy materials for you. He collected money from me without executing what he was paid for. He claimed to have lost his job which necessitated his fraudulent act . I have met uncountable numbers of con artist on this site .. Am dealing with Segcymoor also who have put me in over 4 million naira problem. That one used low gauge roofing sheet for me and also refused to do some of the contracted jobs .. pls be careful those you be dealing with on here.
|
Rawgold300 What did he do pls? The way you served me , dlsappearing with my 100k deposit . A lot of you cunt will soon start to lose things that dear to your heart . Bastard
|
@Boreholedrillin can you work in Abeokuta? |
@rola2021 how much is 20 and 30 tonnes? |
@michlins pls what did you do here? Is it the railings or fence |
@chybuzzdd very annoying something o. |
Ahhhh @cash1115 you’ve been active on this thread for a long time now, for years. I remember your face now. Welldone my oga. |
@mddarah84 20m won’t be enough and that’s the honest truth. With the very high cost of building materials now. Only your foundation can cost 4m-6m. Am also on a 4 bedroom bungalow all en-suite and already got to lintel level this month. So am talking from experience. As much as you try to corner the workers and supervisor etc so they don’t reap you. You can escape the high cost of materials which is insane now. Rods, cement, granite, 9 inches blocks, woods are so F&@king expensive. |
@deeegbee Rods are very expensive now. If you’re not around to buy them yourself, better to find someone you know to go buy them for you. When the person gets there, do a video call with the seller to negotiate and make sure you are seeing the Rods. |
@cash115 did you really do these POP or just posting pictures you see online. Can you post images of yourself working on these POPs. |
Following |
@hslbroker2 how about 16mm pls? |

@money121 what’s the current price of stone coated per sqm |
How much did it cost to roof this house? @imasuccess |
Price has reduced for real. Saw some sellers on Jiji selling for 6,700 as at today 2nd April 2024. Let me add that as at May 2024 Cement went back to between 8200- 9200 in most areas in Nigeria and then in some parts of Nigeria, it’s between 10,000 to 14,000. |
