He quoted 550,000 for a 4 bedroom bungalow. He came to the site with another guy. After paying him 275,000, the other guy he brought along with him plastered just one side of wall. They both managed to abscond with the money paid, left the site and never returned. I found his advert on Nairaland and on jiji with these telephone numbers 0806 5413496 and 09164483306. His profile name on Nairaland is Professionalmas

Cement with waterproofing superpowers. It's to make your plaster or concrete water sealed no leakage at all. Please note: Am not a seller. Just sharing a good product for avoiding water issues. Can be used for wall screeding too.

This is the current wood prices as at today 8th of Jan 2025 in lekki. Lekki prices are usually slightly higher than everywhere else so if your prices in your quotation is higher than these prices here, then you are being ripped off.

Some engineers be feeling like they own the client, the clients project and the clients money altogether and they can do whatever. If I don see say you Dey greedy, no time to negotiate with you, you gone bro asap. No time. Negotiating is like giving you a chance to still reap me.

If you negotiate he no gree, you know you have done your part. Move to the next person.
