due to your previous visa history.

Try another school that has a refundable policy or can allow deferring in case you get a denial. Also, with the new IRCC policy not sure Business Analysis is amongst those that can qualify for PGWP. Try something more tech and see a better school that can fit your profile.

I submitted his Australian passport because he is already a citizen,alongside a POF with 32k CAD and Affidavit of support and letter and a gift deed of 1 plot of land.
Tuition deposit and fees for the first semester already paid by him.

This normally should be your POF, 20,635+20,635+36,800 + Flight tickets= 78,070 + Flight tickets.

Did you brother statement of acc show just about that? Even if can't show all funds, does his statement inflow and payslips shows capability to?

Also, do you have another close relative(s) in naija for home ties? Did your SOP state prospects of going back to your job after completion of studies? Like career advancement, related to the course of study.

Except you know how to mix urea with other high Potassium and Phosphorus fertilizer, don't apply urea after 20days max cos too much Nitrogen will make flowers abort.

Best is to plant all at once on the whole plot. Same applicable to tomatoes, only pepper being perennial can withstand that.
