Iron dome a myth??

The Iron dome is not designed to intercept missiles that would land in less threatening areas (you dont expect it to intercept a missile that is heading into the sea or forest nah🤷‍♂️

The Iron dome has an interception rate of 98%, of course it is normal when you fire over 500 missiles, atleast 2% would go through (that does not in anyway affect the efficacy of the Iron Dome).

Even Iran knew that most of the missiles would be intercepted, that was why they fired in that ridiculous numbers, with the hope that a few of those numbers would go through (a waste of ballistic missiles to be honest).

One common thing in all of Iran's direct Missile attacks on Israel has been the 0 record of civilian casualty, despite the missiles targeted into Israeli cities, that should tell you that the Iron dome around the cities intercept almost every Missile heading towards civilian areas.

Remember after Hezbollah's leader Hassan Nasrallah was killed, Iran sent over 200 missiles into Israel and the Iron Dome intercepted almost all of them. The only recorded casualty in that attack was a Palestinian man staying in Israel that was killed by a projectile of an intercepted ballistic missile.

The Iron Dome itself is VERY EXPENSIVE, every single interception costs Israel thousands of dollars. So in other to increase effectiveness while drastically reducing cost, Israel has developed a new air defence system called the IRON BEAM, which cost not up to 100 dollars per interception and is said to be more effective than the Iron Dome.

We await the next attacks against Israel so we see the Iron Beam in action.
