I can only agree that his out of wedlock son called Ishmael moved towards Arabia and his descendants are present day Arabs, but his true son ISAAC birthed Jacob, who fathered the 12 tribes of ISRAEL. This last time, the Romans conquered the land, sent them on exile and renamed the area as "PALESTINA".

Opportunist Arabs from those neighbouring Arab countries migrated into the land and when the OTTOMAN empire extended towards the land, they decided to exercise control over it. That was the period they had the temerity to build the AL AQSA Mosque on the exact same spot that King Solomon's temple once stood, all in a bid to WASH OFF Jewish heritage and history on the land. But just like the previous times, the Jews decided to return in 1948!!! Only for them to meet Arabs occupiers on their land.

Thankfully, they have been able to capture back their ancient city of Jerusalem and other key Jewish historical cities. The Arabs renamed the Ancient cities of JUDEA and SAMARIA to "WESTBANK" . The Jews still refer to the areas as JUDEA and SAMARIA, only the Arabs and their supporters still call it Westbank😄
