Apparently, this Davis that has been convicted made an oral confession some years back about how P. My annoyance in the above scenario was Suge Knight's reluctance to speed off immediately the shots started, dude remained still and Pac took all the shots, including the fatal ones that eventually led to his death. This made alot of persons to initially suspect Suge Knight, though he was also hit and had minimal injuries, Pac's own was fatal...

He provided the gun and his Nephew Orlando Anderson pulled the trigger that ended Tupac. Few hours back at the MGM Grand, Tupac and some Deathrow guys beat up this same Orlando Anderson that shot Tupac, after the Mike Tyson boxing match. The reason why they beat him up was because one of the Deathrow guys identified Orlando Anderson as one of the guys who robbed him of his Deathrow Chain.
Orlando Anderson too was killed shortly afterwards, reason why he wasn't charged for the crime. Davis was an accomplice, and in law, when a group of individuals go together to commit crime, it doesn't matter who actually pulls the trigger, everyone involved in carrying out such crime will be as guilty as the actual person that pulled the trigger.

But like I said initially, a person called to the Bar is automatically both a Barrister and a Solicitor, the choice of practice areas is where the distinction is drawn for the purposes of practice, not title.

You missed my point. With the air superiority Israel had over the skies of Tehran, if it wanted to level Tehran, it easily would done so, but for the restrictions and the war objectives which limited the pilots to precision strikes...

And what makes you think Israel also didn't have drones and long range missiles that could reach Tehran from Israel? There is no wisdom in sending hundreds of drones and expensive ballistic missiles for that range, only for over 80% of them to be shot down! Altogether, Iran has sent over 500 missiles to Israel since the Israel and Hamas War broke out in 2023 till the last war, but how many had direct impacts in Israel?? Not upto 50 actually caused any serious damage, the rest were largely intercepted, while others fell into the sea!!

Tel Aviv still stands and all Israeli leaders are still alive, so what's your point exactly when the so called technology couldn't get the job done?

Israel could have also easily been shooting missiles and drones from Tel Aviv, but they are already bigger than that, they had precise objectives and a checklist of targets, so instead of shooting missiles blindly while hoping for them to evade air defences, they took the war to Tehran, using both male and female pilots, that's superiority in its finest form!!
