Lands are own by people, communities and elites.
Uyo capital city is fast developing and expanding.
It has now expanded to ibiono ibom lga and also part of uruan, nsit ibom to the airport axis. Lands at the city centre is costly. So it needs money bags and serious investor to acquire such lands and develop. Not just develop but know his investment will bring interest at the end.
