Mr. Poster, you're in a serious danger and you really need to be fast about whatever you intend to do.
First of all, you have to repeat your visit to the Landlord's lawyer and talk to him, maybe he can give you the details of the case in court and which court, and the date which the matter will be coming up in court.
You can then get your own lawyer to write to that court and state your own part of the story, I can bet you, they will lose that case.
But if they should get judgment behind you, that will put you in a whole lot of mess. Although, you can get legal redress on this, but it takes time, effort and money.

WARNING: Start parking your valuable (such as Gold, Important Document, Money, etc)properties out of that house because anything can happen anytime.

this bill will be useless if the following measures are not implemented

* bulding materials must be cheap, especially cement. I cannot build my house in agony and expect me to take peanut. It is very very very expensive to build in Lagos.
* government needs to involve in massive low-cost housing
* agressive infeastructural development in rural areas of Lagos State e.g. Ayobo, Ikorodu, Ijede, etc so that the congested areas of the state can be decongested.

Another thing is that, does the bill contain a fixed rate? if not, a landlord can decide to rent out his 1 room apartment for 5k/month. Back to square one. No difference

Government should learn to take wholistic measures on a particular problem or issue, not to just bring one stupid bill without considering others. Yaba market was burnt down by government and they're now selling for almost 5m. How many trader in Nigeria can afford that??

If this cheap loans are so real, why is it so difficult for them to post their office address online here. Instead, they post a phone number and at the end of the day as you to come and meet them somewhere. That is absurd.

Cost of Accomodation is high but very decent. But when you consider the fact that you don't have to burn so much fuel, its OK and cool.

Cost of feeding is very reasonable if you cook by yourself, even if you don't, you only need to know where you visit so you son't go bankrupt.

Please I need your advice and recommendation on this very important matter.
I need loan of 1.5m for some businesses I want to venture into. I have tried all I could to raise fund but the fund I've been able to raise are not enough and things has to be done while the business is still viable.
So, I decided to use my Mom's property to raise money in form of loan. This will be done with her conscent.

This shouldn't be called Agricultural loan, u can get another name for it. Reasonable Agricultural loan be with single digit interest %
Moreover, this loan should be targeted at 'farmers' in the real sense of it, who can actually make reasonable impact on our economy and not people who will fraudulently acquire the loan with 'connection' and divert it into other businesses.
