Cogent experience in Security, Fleet and Journey Management
should also have Intermediate computer skill which includes: MS-Office packages, internet software, etc with good typing speed.
Good written and verbal communication skill
Good analytical skills to develop and implement strategies and tactics for resolving issues and achieving goals.
Problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of the company’s production processes

2. Private Security Detail/Vehicle Commander

Job Duties:

- Conduct duties as Team Leader or Operator (Vehicle commander) of Mobile Security Team.
- Protect clients, company employees and assets, working premises also conduct mobile security missions outside of secured areas.
- Command and control of the PSD, to ensure team members are adequately informed, skilled, equipped and supervised to conduct their duties safely, in compliance with GOI rules and regulations, GardaWorld policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Remain patient and flexible at all times to the client’s needs without compromising safety.
- Gather and analyse information / intelligence required for the planning, rehearsal and safe execution of a PSD mission.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise PSD members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their work.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Accurately compile and submit according to set deadlines, the required PSD reports and returns.
- When on mission, the staff member must be fully operational on a 24/7 basis, ready to respond to any kind of emergency / threat.
- Submit on time, the required documentation for the approval of PSD missions according to GardaWorld SOPs and GOI rules and regulations.
- Build and develop client relationship to achieve mutually agreed goals.
- Ensure that GardaWorld Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed at all times.
- Liaise, meet with the client in the appropriate manner.
- Report all incidents according to GardaWorld and GOI rules and regulations, policy and SOPs.
- Assist the Team Leader to maintain control over company assets including vehicles, communications and other sensitive equipment.
- Produce security briefings to team members and clients.
- Comply with company and clients policies and regulations.
- Produce clear written and verbal reports, including preparation of background information and forward analysis.
- Prepared to travel in country and as required by the Client and GardaWorld
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Good communicator, with excellent spoken and written English
- 2 years experience
- Communication equipment and voice procedure
- Have experience in working with the Nigerian security services (Nigerian Army, MOPOL, Police, SSS, NSCDC) for static and mobile security operations
- Physically fit and smartly presented
- Navigation and map reading skills and the use of GPS


3. Security Driver

Job Duties:

The Security Driver provides reliable and safe driving services for the transport of authorized personnel and client
The Security Driver should have a client-orientation approach, high sense of responsibility, courtesy and the ability to work with people of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.

The Security Driver is expected to be responsible for the following duties:

• To safely and securely transport client or team members.
• Maintain a high standard of punctuality and dependability.
• Conduct oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
• Whilst driving; observe and respect all traffic rules and regulations.
• Respond to any perceived threat or actual attack while driving using established SOP’s and tactics.
• Secure the vehicles while at location on missions and at meetings.
• Conduct routine vehicle security and safety inspections.
• Check and maintain vehicle fluids, cleanliness, tyres, bodywork, general maintenance, interior, etc
• Assist Gardaworld Team Leader or Security Team Leader as required in the planning of missions.
• Using local knowledge and experience plan the routes both primary and secondary.
• Advise on security conditions in locations to be visited.
• Conduct route and location recces if and when required.

Requirements

- Good spoken and written English
- 3 years experience and ability to drive manual vehicles
- Map reading skills and the use of GPS
