You need to do fresh installation then u will select 64bit during the installation processing .

What you need is just to take the previous one along to where u wanted to buy it....is possible to upgrade it..... If u have single 2 gig before u will just need to buy another 2gb making 4gig or buy 1gig making 3 gig .......concerning the price it depend the location.

if you know how to remove the keyboard,remove it and service it,if the problem persist you. Have to change the keyboard.....

Gud day my ogas....i removed my laptop password of recent and decided to place it back yersterday,only for me to notice later in d day wen i tried logging in,telling me wrong password which means i must have mispelt d password y creating it bcus i have just one password i use...pls what can i do abt it without formatting it.

try to use external keyboard or use on screen keyboard to enter the password...
