The CAC document of his business, his ID that has his signature and any other important business related document. He should also write a sponsorship letter for you disclosing that he will take full responsibility of your studies.

Also, pls I would like to ask if for the proof of funds all that I need is my sponsor’s statement of account. My dad is my sponsor and he is a business man, he runs his own business. I wanted to ask if it’s only his statement of account that I need to take or should there be any other supporting document. Thank you

Try booking for a hotel reservation with a travel agency. It won't cost you much. This can suffice in the event your cousin is unable to provide you with an accomodation support document.

Alternatively, sites like zappyrent and a couple others provide dormetary or shared rooms that you can rent. Just require you to pay for one month.

You can also register on Erasmus, a students site where people advertise for room mates

Oga I am here and I know how the system works. Maybe the cousin told the landlord to help issue d document. Hospitalita is a document u get from their commune and they will ask for the owner of the house bfo they give it out.

Tell your friend to provide you with declaration of hospitality, her Residence permit, intl passport and house Contract. Submit that as proof of accomodation.

To make it official, please book a reservation, a travel company can do that for you for around 3-5k

I plan staying with her for the first weeks like I get a place of my own. Pls, what documents would I need her to send so I can take it as proof of accommodation and also, pls would this be any problem at the embassy?

Oga u don't need to book appointment for vsf . Just go early as 8am Monday to Friday with all your visa documents and visa fees then u will submit.

Hi, vfs is currently not accepting submissions for study visa. I had gone last month and this was what I was told. Also, I sent a mail to the embassy last week and they said they are only taking appointments for re entry and family reunion.

I might be wrong though

Yes, I have I did that in February, I just need to submit the documents at vfs for visa application.
