It is always very dangerous to critisice what we do not understand. Infant baptism is biblical. First let me tell you that baptism is an initiatory rite into the membership of the church. 2ndly it is an outward sign of an inward spiritual grace recived by faith. Pls read the following passages with an understanding of what an household mean. Mat.19:14, Act 16:14-15,1 Cor 1:16. I shall be back if you have further questions after reading them.

@gotizsata: go and watch a local magic show or ask members of an esoteric society. Read about astral travelling. Even though they are all demonically controlled. Those will make you know that there is a Superior Supernatural Being. You may also read about Lazarus phenomenon.

^^^you are making a big mistake. Take for instance,electricity is basically transmitted through a conductor according to the present knowledge. But it will be unreasonable today to think that electricity could be transmitted without cables. Your limited knowlège of spiritual matters today will be stupidity tommorow. Read the first atomic theory(Dalton's) and the latest theory about atoms. So what is common sence? What is reason? What is the law? None of them is universal and constant so dont base you life on them alone.

Wirinet,kay17, and other atheists in the house,pls note that there is another dimension that is beyond the physical. There is a spiritual dimenson and the forces of which controles the physical.  You are a part of bothe the physical & the spiritual dimensions. This is so because you have a spirit that lives in a body. Therefore there is more to life than you imagined and the ealier you come to terms with that the better for you.

Pls leave God to judge His servants. Remember David not wanting to touch his arc enemy Saul the failling king.

@martian: of the total earth surface how much of it have we been able to develop? Insignificant as you think our earth and selves might be, it thrills me how much of the Love He shows those who believes in Him. It baffels me how people could just look around at the well balanced ecosystem an the conclude that it came to be by chance just like an aeroplane came to being by chance abi?

@wirinet: it is arrogance not knowlege that is cofusing atheists. They do not want to be subject to anybody. That said. To imagin God as one old white beardèd caucasian is apostacy. No finite mind like ours can comprehend the totality of an infinite God. The moment you can picture "Him" in you mind then you are no longer refering to the All Mighty. You are probably thinking of the Greek god called zeos. When you cannot picture the entire universe in your mind how then can you be able to visualise in your mind its creator. Your body cells know their creator it is only you mind that is playing games with you & that game has eternal cosequences.

ΛΛΛ my friend, God is not a product or commodity to be used. Go and study history as recorded in the bible you will know the kind of personality that we are talking about here. He is the self only existing creator. whe you say that God is omnipotent, it means He is all powerful and the extent of His power is far beyond man`s wildest immagination. stop thinking of God as if He is a human beign or commodity.

@chrislj2000: 1.we do not need GOD to tidy our environment to prevent malaria. ask the Americans or europeans in general how they did it. 2. human mind is too shalow as evidensed in you thinking about God. let me ask you this question; how did the smallest unit of life came to being? what was existing in space before the emergence of life ? Look chris, before the emergence of life was GOD. He is the uncreated creator,the all powerful. Look around you and see the order in creation,do you think all you are seeing came to being by chance? it is like saying that a computer emerged by chance and evolved of its own accord to what we now have today.YOU did not come into the world by chance ,you are here on purpose. There is a reason for your creation, you are not a product of chance.
