When i gained admission to the university my blood sample was taken for test & to determine my genotype. Latter i went back for the result and i was told that it is AA. That was in 1992. I kept that in mind till i met my wife who told me that she was AS and we got married. Today we have two beautiful girls and both of them were tested to be SS. We are now expecting our third child before we discovered our children's genotype. Please as you go about your bussiness kindly spare a minute to pray for me on this issue. For singles,a double check could save you future learn from me. I am only looking up to Jesus a miracle now. Your added voice in the name of Jesus could be the one to bring our miracle. For profesional negligence on the part of the lab. i am struggling to forgive since i can not press charges against them.

Christmas like many other Christian festivals have been celebrated for about two thousand years now. but the Question is : since nobody can say precisely when Jesus was born, should we then celebrate his birthday at all or should we just accept what he came to do and forget about religious celebrations?.

i really pity you. You think God does not exist? how then does all creation come to existence? am sure you believe and have used the word creation: creation by who? then if their is a creator why then do you say that He does not exist ? i find it difficult to watch video from u-tube on my lap top. the pictuer will run for about 3 seconds and stop for another 2-3 minutes and show again for another 3 seconds and stop again. pls wat should i do.

I was confronted with this issue by some younger friends. In my own opinion the love thing has failed a lot of people probably due to their wrong conception of it. Sexual feelings for example has been termed as love & when that feeling weares out the relationship expires in a matter of weeks. But if a couple shares and pursues thesame vision it will keep them going even when sexual urge fades away. However the efficiency of the partnership helps to build trust which is the soil, the only soil in and on which love; i mean true love grows. Fellow Nairalanders what do you think?

YES THAT IS TRUE WITH HUMAN BEING BUT NOT WITH GOD. THE THOUGHTS OF OUR HEART ARE AS LOUD AS A SCREAM TO GOD.

THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS ISSUE FOR ALL CHRISTIANS ESPECIALLY.

THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT GOD SPEAKS TO EVERY ONE OF US,BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT NOT MANY OF US TAKE TIME TO LISTEN OR TO FIND OUT HOW SPECIFICALLY HE SPEAKS TO US AS INDIVIDUALS.

THE FIRST AND PRIMARY WAY GOD SPEAKS TO A CHRISTIAN IS THROUGH THE PAGES OF THE BIBLE. BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT MANY OF US DO NT READ THE BOOK. FOR THOSE THAT READS THEIR ATTITUDE TO READING IS BAD. TAKE FOR EXAMPLE SOMEBODY WAS READING THE BIBLE WITH HIS MOBILE PHONE ON THE OTHER HAND. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? IT SIMPLY MEANS THAT YOU ARE TELLING GOD THAT HE IS AS IMPORTANT AS YOUR MOBILE PHONE OR THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END OF THE LINE. THAT IS TERRIBLE.

AT TIMES MAYBE YOU ARE ALREADY DEEP IN MEDITATION AND SOMEBODY COMES IN TO SPEAK WITH YOU. YOUR ATTITUDE SHOULD BE THAT THAT PERSON IS DISTURBING YOU. IMAGINE YOURSELF RECEIVING INSTRUCTION FROM SAY THE PRESIDENT OF YOUR COUNTRY AND A FRIEND JUST CAME AROUND SEEKING YOUR ATTENTION AT THE SAME TIME. WOULD YOU TELL THE PRESIDENT TO HOLD ON SO THAT YOU CAN TALK TO YOUR FRIEND AND AFTER WHICH YOU COME BACK TO THE PRESIDENT ? YOU CERTAINLY WON'T DO THAT. BUT YOU DO THAT TO GOD.YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY SHIFT YOUR ATTENTION FROM GOD'S WORDS TO ATTEND TO THE VISITOR THEREBY KEEPING GOD "WAITING".

SO AFTER CAREFUL AND ATTENTIVE STUDY OF THE WORD OF GOD(WHICH MUST BE PRECEDED BY PRAYER AND INVITATION OF THE HOLY SPIRIT) THE NEXT THING TO DO IS TO PICK OUT THE ISSUE THAT APPEALS TO YOU. ONCE YOU CAN IDENTIFY THAT FROM THE PASSAGE YOU THEN BEGIN TO ASK THE HOLY SPIRIT QUESTIONS IN YOUR MIND ABOUT THE ISSUE. SUCH QUESTIONS COULD INCLUDE FOR EXAMPLE "PAPA WHY DID YOU GIVE ELIJAH SO MUCH POWER" WHAT DID HE DO RIGHT TO BE QUALIFIED." WHAT CAN I DO TO BE EQUALLY QUALIFIED." BE FREE AND BE FRANK(REMEMBER YOU HAVE A FATHER CHILD RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD) BY ASKING THESE QUESTIONS PROGRESSEVELY YOU WILL "SEE " INTO THE MIND OF GOD AS YOU WILL BEGING TO GET ANSWERS THOUGH IT REQUIRES COMMITMENT AND DEDICATION. I met a lady while i was in A.B.U Zaria as a student and we both fell in love. This relationship had been going on for 4 years before an uncle of mine informed me that he would be visiting me at home. i was eager to introduce my wife to be to him. This uncle is just about 8 years older than me and had been married for about 2 years when he visited. when he saw my fiance he looked shocked and i thought maybe he mistook her for somebody else or that they have heard relationship in the past. to be brief, my lady happened to be his wife's younger sister. I called my parents to inform them and i was shocked about what i heard from them. they said the tradition forbids such union that i should break my relationship of many years. it is very hard for me to do as well as for my lady.
We are resolute to proceed with our wedding with or without our parents consent. We are hopping to go to the registry by July,2010 ending.
I have serious pains in my heart now about this and Please i need your candid advice. thank you

The FRSC has mandated all commercial motorcycle riders and their passangers to wear helmet. At first consideration one would think it is a good and straight forward issue. Good in the sense that it might minimise the rate of commercial motorcycle related death we record every day. Mandating the rider to wear a helmet is no problem either.However getting the passangers to wear it is a serious issue now especially in Ibadan where i live. this is so because of the health risk involved in shearing the same helmet with only God knows number of passangers some of whom might have one communicable diseases . could you imaging wearing the same helmet that had been worn by a ring worm patient or a flea infested person or just the sweat and the stench of accumulated sweat and dirts? it is better imagined than experienced.
obviously this present method is not the best solution to this issue at hand.

what could have been the solution to the problem?

i wish to thank all of you for your resposes to my question. i know personally that homosexuality is a sin. However i was given a topic to write on and there is a need to conduct a test and have a first hand experience of how people would react to a suspected homosexual in our country Nigeria.
