^^^^you said God is complex and that is how best man can describe what he does not under stand. God's nature cannot be adiquately describe by words.we do not have enough vocabulary to express our experience of Him. Often times we use the word complex to describe an order that we do not understand so I sympathise with you. However, to compere the complexity of God with the brain of human being is a sincere expression of ignorance. You cannot compere or equate the smartest computer with the brain of man. You cant compere the creator with the creatures.

@k17: God is the cause. He is the uncreated creator whose power is infinite and whose knowledge is without limit. Man can never be able to fantom Him. He is the uncaused causer and His realm is totally different. So the rule of nature does not limit Him, He is the source of all good and perfect blessings. There is none above or equal to Him.

Pls people of the world, our brains are too technically intricate to have evolved by chance. Look at nature; carefully balance & purposely positioned. I can continue.! There is therefore a Master designer who conceived and created every thing uniquely for His own pleasure. GOD LOVES YOU.

@kay 17: the are two dimentions to this issue. 1. There is a purpose for your life. You may know it and yet refuse to fulfill it. 2. That you will refuse is allready known to Him even before you were born. These are the reasons why we say "to every Elijah the is always an Elisha waiting to take over". Even though He knew who would not do His biddings, yet He will give them the oppurtunity to live all the same so that His righteousness will be open to all when He starts to judge and thats going to be soon.

@kay 17: if God knew that you would take door A you will take door A. He did not chose for us how we will behave He only knew how we would. If however we submit our lives to Him,the He will guide us on how to make a real succes of our lives. But if we dont,there is yet anothe power that will hijack our lives and ruin them. Both have eternal consequencies. There is no vaccum in nature. You cant sit on the fence. That is why we christians are always appealing to people to turn their lives over to God.

@kay 17: when christians say God is omniscience we mean that He knows all things even before they come to be. that however does not mean that He had predetermined them. for instance God knew before you were born that you will be who you are and being a fair and just God He will not deny you of the opportunity to still live your life and to make your choices without Him unduly interfering in your affiars. God did not make us like robbots He made us to have free will so that we can choose for ourselves where we will be at the end of time. the present world is a transcent place it is like going to school to obtain a certificate to work with after graduation.

@harakiri: whatever you think about God cannot diminish His love for you. Go and study the pre 1948 history of Israel,then the media comments on the Israeli/Arab's 6 days war then you will know that there is a God who gives strength to the weak tha puts their trust in Him. He is equally interested in other nations and peoples that puts their trust in Him. Try Him for yourself and i bet it that you won't regret it.

When you do,apply the same gentle approach to your search about Christianity and what you will get will get yojt thinking seriously. Documented history has it that England was a religious nation and infact the common law emanated from biblical principles. Infact the quotation of bible pasages was the norm in the court untill recent times. Also note that till date as a matter of tradition the Archbishop of Cantabury is a permanent member of the highest law making body. As for the USA, what does it mean to say "in God we trust" go back and read a little about history, read my post again before you make further comment. God loves you.

@harakiri: Egypt is a deeply religious nation and so is the U.S.A and the U.K. these last two are among the most developed nations in the world. American have "in God we trust" as their national slogan while the U.K. has a purely christian background. The farther they are now moving away from God the deeper they plunge into terrible decadence. Think again pls.

@manmustwac: about your question ; pls note that i once hated the idea of religion at a time in my life. But later i discovered that whatever brought this world to being must gave a purpose for it. That of course includes my life. The craving to discover why am here and what i stand to gain for living coupled with a kind of emptyness that i felt about life,i began to do a personal search. I only came to discover that every product always come with a mannul. I read all sorts ranging from armoc,grail mesg,the qurian(eng ed.) and the bible. i still have some of the books.I was only impresed by the bold and definitive claims of the bible. Not even any of our ATR could make such consistently bold and beautiful/ reassuring claims. So christianity got my vote. When i adopted it,the first thing was that i had an inexplanable peace and satisfaction. Then i began a quest for the purpose of my existence and when i eventually found it i knew it then that i had got it. I felt like a round peg in a round hole and am enjoying fulfilling it. So it was by the grace of God that i am found and saved. I challeng you to do an open minded,indipendent and sincere search for your self and you will know that there is an incontrovatible creator that loves you.Examine the orthodox faith and not the' pentirascal',and be ready for a pleasant surprise. I was not inductrinate to accep Jesus, my eyes were opened to the truth and i embraced it.

You see, Christianity, according to John 14:6 there Jesus boldly claimed "I am the way the truth and the life, " check out the creedal content of the rest and see if any one came out so boldly and clearly. There is no missing it if you follow Him. As per the other demon inspired congrigations pls find time to read mathew 12:22-37 with open mind of course; power pass power.
