Family / Re: Can A Man Settle Down With 50k As Salary? by Folusco: 1:45pm On Jul 28, 2016
God will always make a way for his children after marriage, remember he said who has found a wife, finds a good thing and obtains favour from the Lord. Always use this to pray, it will work for you and God will increase you, provided you have not started to do what you suppose to do "inside" marriage now that you have not. Also yield to the advice people above, at least your spouse is working too.

Business / Money Is Secondary To Business Development: Jesus A Successful Entrepreneur. by Folusco: 4:30pm On Jul 22, 2016
Many people all over the world whose business dreams are not fulfilled always blame it on lack of money and why some do is solely because they have adequate money. I say woe unto to both of them. To those who start in spite of little or nothing, I say congratulations. I will explain better soon. The former two might have actually lost opportunity to be great because they have jumped the sequence to becoming great entrepreneurs; they put money before all else. Are one of such of people this conversation turned article is for you.

Someone said "The major drivers of entrepreneurs success, is good interpersonal skills and determination". Another said "Money
More money
Much money
Much more money
Money again
Is the major driver!
For instance there was a seminar He once attended on how to export some local products-cocoa, charcoal, cashew nuts and gems. The start-up capital is around #3m and the gain of the very first trip is around #600k in two years he would have recouped his money.
Bros I couldn't go further. I chickened out...

So I wrote "@bro innocent; don't think he is mad, someone said "Money is secondary to business development". He is not mad, especially when I am the person and Jesus taught me so. The sequence is first "the market" then "the product", you then talk about "the finance". Please, note that finance here is not necessarily money. I can give example, if Pastor will not excommunicate me from church.

" I further explained "Please, don't get me wrong O, Our Lord Jesus Christ is not a businessman O, but behaved like a social entrepreneur here; a social entrepreneur is someone whose aim of venturing into business is not monetary gain but common good but yet "money" will still be made at least to sustain the venture. John 6:5-9 * (Please, Read the four verses well). Open your Bible, in vs 5 Jesus saw "multitude of hungry people"; that is the market- the opportunity. He then determine what the market needs; bread. In Vs 7 Philip was worried about money like bro Innocent. In vs 8 Jesus got Finance of five loaves of bread and two small fishes to start the "enterprise". At the end of the financial year they had 12 baskets of bread as "turn over".

The moral of the story; market first, product next and finance (not necessarily money) later. Finance seems complex; let me explain, the person you bought goods from on deferred payment had financed your business, the person that provides transport for you has financed your business, you have financed your dream by using sitting room instead of racking ones brain on money to rent a shop, your sweat equity is finance.

Investment / Vision: The Eighth Characteristic! by Folusco: 1:26pm On Jul 19, 2016
As controversial as the eighth characteristic of vision may sound, awareness and use of this characteristic work wonders. It encompasses the 7 characteristics of vision expansiated in the last post.
And here it is, vision is more quantitatively expressed though not in definite terms. It is like imagining how far to go, how many thing to have, even when you have nothing at the moment of envisioning it.
It is all about envisioning the level of impart to be made by your organisation,
Like when God told Abraham someone that had no child that his descendants will be like sand at the seashore which cannot be numbered; that is, stated quantitatively (Gen 22:17). Like, Abraham when he was yet to have a child, he had been given a vision of innumerable children, do not wait till you have one or little achievement before you begin to have visions of greatness.
At that moment like, Abraham, your vision must scare you yourself, if you dare express it to people, they must say you are mad, like they could have told Abraham if he had said such at such old age to people. Remember the "mad" Rhoda in the Bible, the one that heard the voice other could not believe can be heard at the time.
The beauty of this vision is that God personal expressed and handed it over to Isaac (Gen 26:4)and Jacob(Gen 28:14). It is a generational thing and so large that none of them can fulfill it in their lifetimes. So as stated earlier in (https://folusogade..com.ng/2016/07/the-7-characteristics-of-vision-you.html), if your vision is such that you can be fully fulfilled in your lifetime, you have nothing or at best, you have an aim in life. You must thrive to reach it but you cannot (because it is "substantial or loaded" mirage).
How is it stated? The best way is to bond one's vision to a "driver"; a target which is innumerable so large that cannot not be counted or reached like the star in sky or sand at the sea shore or denominator which increases rapidly with time and with achievement already made (mirage) that can hardly be reached (explained below). It must stretch thinking, it must inspire, it must be relevant, it must make people act and also systemic, that is, institutionalized. How I had loved to see organisation tap into the power of vision, rather than every organisation having "the most preferred ....irrelevance" vision.

It can be stated just as simple as Bill Gate’s vision; Personal Computer on every table; stated when computers where still as big as very large sitting room and few decades after an IBM CEO said the world market for computer is only five. Do you know most phones in our pockets are actually computers having greater capacities than the mainframe of those days? This vision is not powerful only in seeing thing as big as large sitting room become desktop PC, laptop or palmtops and most recently phones but also because of the denominator involved. As there are increasing number of tables (people, users, pocket) available, a computer must be there. This is yet to be achieved hence I refer to vision as loaded mirage.
One of RCCG vision statements, is also very powerful, a member of every family of the world must be a Redeem Christian Church of God member. As the families of the world is increasing, the denominator-family increase drives the church vision, which the already member must look out to make at least a member of every family RCCG member.

Business / The 7 Characteristics Of Vision You Need To Possess. by Folusco: 4:18pm On Jul 13, 2016

Vision, as it is now known, is seeing the end from the beginning and also actively living as if that end is all you live for. It is the picture of the future yet to be attained. It is like a sculpture already seeing the finished monumental statue, ruminating how the statue will be carved out, when other are still seeing a log of wood. For the vision an individual, organization or a nation carries to come to realization, the “visioner” must be aware and ready to live by these 7 characteristics of vision. Ladies and gentlemen, I present to “The 7 Characteristics of Vision You Need To Possess”.

For higher in-depth, analysis of the topic, visit: https://folusogade..com

1. Vision is something so large that you cannot finish in your life time. If it can be fully accomplished in one’s lifetime, it is not a vision; it is at best, a goal. Using Jesus Christ as our case study, in John 14:12, Jesus Christ could not finish his vision in His lifetime, he handed over to anyone and everyone that believes Him. The test of how great your vision is when it scared you, when revisited and when you dare express it and the audience say you are mad because you are seeing what their mind could not, if not, your vision is not great enough.
2. The type of person one should pass the vision to, that is, the successor should be the person that understudies you, that believe in your vision whether the person is your biological child or not. The person that inculcates your values and understands and “lives” your purpose and possess the zeal and passion to carry on.
3. It is repeatable. The successor must be able to, at least, accomplish the level of success the “visioner” does. Jesus Christ, our case study, said what he does, the successor will do.
4. Your successor must in the end outperforms you. Must be more successful than you; if not, then you yourself is a failure. The hallmark of leadership is ability to produce a successor that can be more successful than you. Our reference in John 14:12, said greater things shall he do. That does not make the successor greater.
5. It is transferable. From the "visioner" to the successor. It is actually a relay race started off by the “visioner” transferred from one generation to another. Habakkuk 2:2 corroborate it; it says “write the vision make it plain on the table (in the scroll), that he may run the reads it”. The vision is actually the message, the vision, in a scroll rolled into a baton giving to a messenger, the runner, the successor to run with.
6. It talks about how and when to transfer the vision. Like in relay race, you cannot pass it to someone static or has only the potential or the talent, the successor, the runner, must have been moving at your pace at the point of transfer of baton of authourity. Jesus, as our case study in our referrence, said what I do, he will also do. So the successor must be recording your level of success at point of handing over (must have working in that office, exercising your level of authority) and can then accelerate at higher pace than the predecessor, after handling over, like Jesus said greater things shall he do after He has handed over (…go unto The Father).
7. The vision can also be replicated. It can be “stolen” from one industry and adopted or adapted in another.

Live by them, you would be glad you did.

When you need a solution beyond your head, run to the Bible too. You can inspiration beyond your wildest dream too.

Business / Content Marketing: How I Made Love To My Customer And She …. by Folusco: 3:50pm On Jul 08, 2016
She was one of the most beautiful ladies of her set. Although she was from a rich home, her modesty radiated much larger. Her beauty, her frame, grace and carriage would make any man neck to turn; getting closer one will not be disappointed because she was an embodiment of the right set of values one will want for a wife. I was not in any way surprised when she was nominated and won, for her set, “take-home-to-mama” - an award reserved the “wifey” type with right set of characters especially modesty, balance of social life and academics and no stains of controversy. All these and more truly describe her, but the truth also, which many did not know, was that I had made love to her few months before winning the award.

It was years back, I just graduated from OAU, and I wanted to sell off an RF transceiver (Radio frequency transmitter and receiver) a scrap of electrical circuits of my final year project from department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering. I gave it to an undergraduate who was still in school to help me sell it, with a view of sharing its proceed because I was no longer on ground on the campus. For over three months of creating awareness for the sales of the transceiver by placing bills around the department, there was no single sales call received or interest expressed.

One Friday evening I went to the school (I belonged to a reading club then, while waiting for NYSC callup, that meet every other Friday on campus, I had to travel there to attend) and saw the bills, tore them and wrote another pasted on single place. I put my marketing strategy skills which I recommend at consultancy, which I had started, to the test. The next Monday I received a call and made the sales to the lady described above. When I met her in person, I asked why she did not buy the transceiver all the while since the advert was everywhere. She said she did not know she needed the product being advertised, though she had seen the advert several times.

So, I told her that she bought it now that I made love to her. She was shocked, spilled the apple she just bit but I quickly explained that the component was sold based on an acronyms I came up with, that I called LOVE; List Of Values Explicitly. I listed all the physical and electrical characteristics of the transceiver, its functions, several projects which it can be used to construct, how it can be used and how the component can be bought. I watered her appetite. I made LOVE to her and she had my babies (expressed interests for and bought my product). On Tuesday I received two other calls. Several such calls came in later and started linking up the student through phone to where it can be procured.

The above marketing method is the crude form of what is now known as content marketing.
