True. But it still does not justify some of the unreasonably high prices some car dealers sell.
It is also true that there are legitimate deals that can be gotten for low prices. Not every cheap deal is scam.

Car sales is also not the only avenue through which these fraudsters launder money. They buy properties, expensive electronics etc.

Quite frankly, it will affect nothing in the price of cars. Out of the 77 nigerians involved only a few of them might be actively involved in cars. Its just like a drop in the ocean for the nigerian car sales space.
