You're the one that needs to do some research. Even Israel-designed weapons like Arrow 3 are not produced in Israel. Yesterday, the US bypassed congress to sell 12000 dumb bombs to them. They can't mass-produce high end weapons

That's one of the shortcomings of ballistic missiles. You always know when they're airborne
