Yes, the Navy can project a multi domain presence anywhere on the globe and unlike the air force, the Navy can deploy anywhere via oceans without needing foreign base permissions.
Maybe if you proper understand what it means for nuclear powered ships to operate for decades without refueling, you would have a glimpse or idea of your own foolishness.
Maybe if you knew that the Navy also carry out air missions in addition to sea missions unlike the air force that is restricted to air missions alone. Maybe you don't even know that the US Navy operates about 3700 air crafts almost half of the entire aircrafts of the entire military.
