This job is like the job of a newscaster. Oratory is my best gift. But I have hearing impairment. My ability to hear is about 50% of humans' ability to hear. Let say you start from level 7. As you grow older, you will be getting promoted. Being in level 8 means that level 7 guys receive orders from you while you yourself receive orders from level 9 folks. The pay is about 80k. But if I get a different job that pays 150k, I will still stick to my current job because this oratory thing is my existence. If you are promoted and to be giving orders, that will mean you will be holding endless meetings, but I can't preside over any meeting with this disability.

What can I do? I'm still feeling jobless because of this problem.
