Hi mamas, it's been a while. Happy new year to you all. My baby Ree has gone to be with the Lord, that was on 21st January. It hasn't been easy but God has been faithful, and like everyone keep saying, the one that would stay would come. I just use my hand console myself cos I did my best for him. May God protect our Los in Jesus name, Amen. I know affliction can't rise a second time but I don't want double for my trouble (twins).

Oh if its the middle of her head then it's conehead caused by vaginal delivery! Which isn't an issue. Most people reshape it with hot water massage whilst others leave it be. I'd say follow your doctor and leave her alone.


Thank God its not the picture I posted cos that's an emergency.

Please take your child to a good hospital and have her checked. Tell mil not to press it till a doctor have seen her.

Pls don't give orange to a 1 month old biko
U can take the orange urself n ur LO will suck it from u via breastmilk .
Eat more veggies and stay away from foods that can likely get u constipated.
Increase ur water intake too.

Lastly, u ll have t wait it out for now till he/she is ready t poop.
Ur baby may not be constipated, it's just her/his style. My baby pooped once in 6 days when she was younger.

Is she on ebf? If she is then no problem but if she's not then you can give enough water. I hear orange is good for constipation but I don't know how safe it is for a child less than one month.

Faithfully take the analgesic prescribed for you.
Do your sitz bath at least twice a day.
Wash with warm water whenever you do no1 or 2
Sit on a hard stool and close your legs. ( dont know if this works but so i was taught. Probably old wives tales)

His excellency, my darling son made his grand entrance at 3.45 pm on the 31st of January, at 38 weeks 5 days, weighing 3.6kg via vagina delivery with abundant tear.
Son doing great, Daddy rejoicing and mummy very sick having lost blood. i pray i recover soon.

I Pray the Almighty God makes it easy for the remaining waddling mamas.

It's funny cos it feels just like yesterday when we were sharing tips on how to survive morning sickness. Do we remember?
Two weeks from now, some of us will be due.

Potential porters club, pack your bags and inform your support team (your husband or whoever you have chosen to go with you to hospital) of its exact location. Your baby may surprise you. My first baby did.
