On the mt4 for placing trade you should change deviation to between 5 and 10. With that set you should see a significant drop on number of re quotes.

Fxisreal, that hourly chart you posted has an ascending triangle if you look closely, 128.3x will see the mee add to my longs as this is the break of the horizontal part of the triangle.

Well what i do now is i play games or see a movie and set an alarm on my phone to when next i wanna check the market. Or i do the main hobby, cook something lol.
