Two entrances, living room and kitchen.

Bay windows (opens outdoor for 100% ventilation), not slide windows

New pump machine installed last year.

5 tenants in compound.

Asides light, Kitchen is the best perk of house, expertly furnished.

Busstop, which is 5 minutes WALK, has two supermarkets and is a bubbly hub. Meaning a lot of shops and businesses so you never have to go to major market.

House is on a close. Close has at least 4 exits leading to busstop.

House is built on high foundation, so never floods.
No Landlord, the caretaker never visits so it's very autonomous.

Needs painting.

Lived here 3 years plus. Moving to Abuja.

Was the first to move here after renovation hence the low price.

Per annum is 200k. You pay me 250k, get my receipt and keys instantly.

Other tenants pay 250-300k annual rent & 430k total package.

Not actually.
In fact, the Jumia one is inferior, but I didn't want to downgrade another brand's quality.

You can clearly see from the picture that the one on Jumia has mesh clothing as the upper material while mine is synthetic leather.

You can also see the superior threaded finishing on the first shoe.

You can also see that mine is branded: Anta, the world's third largest shoe brand behind Nike and Adidas.

While Jumia's is generic.

In fact the only place you can get this shoe currently is NovelShip and it is sold at $76 (102,000). And the red is out of stock.

But because you see 8k naira, you begin dey doubt. And that's why retailers don't sell things cheap anymore, because you all judge quality based on price.
