SilverNorGold:
If the protesters had complied with the governor's directive, this wouldn't have happened.
I think we have to be blunt for once and tell ourselves the bitter truth. That's the only way we can sharpen our minds..
We all saw how Nairalanders were rejoicing when innocent police officers were being murdered. How they were rejoicing when criminals were making mockery of the government, putting on police uniforms.. We all saw how people chanted "revolution" when jails were broken and prisoners set free and police stations burnt.
If after all this you still have the guts to condemn the government, the military, and exonerate the criminal protesting hoodlums, then you are one of the problems of this country.
I will speak the truth no matter how bitter. A lot of users called me out in the previous thread and rained all manner of insults on me, yet you want me to believe that these people are not hoodlums?
See, if it's gonna require force to enforce Law and Order, then let it be..
Nigeria must be great. it can't be great under this constitution |

You'll soon regret it if u think you'll use deads to make media propaganda. Shiites & IPOBs have seen the horror of violent protest. If u think calling massacre or genocide will save u, add more volume and face reality. Instead of going for peaceful dialogue u resort to violence, stop giving those burning and destroying places name hoodlums tell the truth and call them angry protesters. Blood have been spilling in many part of this nation, u neva mind, now few ppl drop u're shouting massacre! You should've taken lesson from northern insurgency where hundred thousands died, millions rendered homeless. Inevitable is going to happen! the match is on.. The directive to set up SARS was given by the then military HOS Buhari (1983-1986)
Fast forward 37 years later he came under pressure to abolish it.

yemex04: How would UN intervention look like? remove the President and all state Governors and National Assembly,/State Assembly members?
The protest has become more of jokes and concert for celebrities and followers..
I know there's regular supply of food and drinks which has made the gatherings attractive for most folks..
We like to overdo things in this country so much tht the main course would be defeated..
Even the so called UN and international communities know that all protest demands have been met.. The reform been asked for will not happen in practice terms like ''closing and opening'' of eyes.. It will come, but it will take a process...
I know my comments would only be understood by those who have knowledge of process.
