Many things determine the cost of a Building.

Below are the few considerations.

1. Your designs which I believe would have taking into consideration the condition of the proposed site

2. The location of your site

3. the specification of work and materials to be use and others.

Going by the above and the features you mentioned, I strongly doubt if your budget can fly.

We could actually give you a budget if you have an existing design.

Features:

-4 bedroom with all rooms en-suite ( including visitors room)
-2 living rooms
-Kitchen and store
-2 dining
-Laundry room
-Gate house.

you will be offered 2 types, 1. Will hyundai 1.6liter engine. It's accessories will not fit, you will have to use your. E.g intake, throttlebody, coils, coolant temp sensor, crank sensor cam sensor injectors.

2. Kia 1.4liter engine. Every thing fits.

The hyundai engine is between 100-130k

Replace engine

Point noted sir. But do you have any contact to get a toks to be sure am not getting repaired engine .

But, the noise sound stopped after the service. the only issue is the smoking !!!

I have a KIA RIO 2008 model. I noticed some sound in the engine and i took it to the mechanic. He said there is no oil in the engine and i need to service it. I asked him to go ahead and service the car. The second day,the car started smoking and since then i have been thinking of what to do. Pls advise if i should ring it or buy tokunbo engine to replace it.

Firstly, the only constant in Politics is interest. prior to the merger Tinubu was a staunch Buhari critic especially in 2003 and 2007. In 2007 he was a strong campaigner of Atiku, in 2011 he tacitly supported Jonathan, in 2015 he neither supported Jonathan nor Atiku but Buhari. THAT IS POLITICS. It isn't played with emotions. For politicians, no enemity or friendship, Interests rules.

I am sure PDP won't mind surrendering Lagos, Osun and Oyo states to him especially.

I appreciate your write up and submission on Tinubu's matter. Very apt and true. For me I see Tinubu forming alliance to float new part to regain his supremacy in south-west. We are already smelling it. However my take is having national interest as priority over personal Interest.

What is Facilities Management (FM)?
Before we can understand what is FM we need to know what a Facilities is. In a simple language ,a facility is an "asset" and when we talk about asset, a built environment comes readily to mind. A built environment majorly are buildings/properties built to serve a specific purpose. e.g factory, schools, residential houses, hotels, stadium and many more....For this discussion, lets say that Facilities are for economic reasons.

Facilities Management is the integration of multi-disciplinary activities within the built environment and the management of their impact upon people and the workplace

My dear you can eat your cake and have it. You have put yourself in this situation because you can define exactly what you wanted. Anyway you are not married to him according to God's standard until the proper rite is done. I will advice you repent and ask God for the forgiveness of your sins and the pain you've caused the first wife and move on with your life in God. Remember the story of Hagar and Abram in the bible?
