Politics › Emeka Esogbue by fr3do(op): 10:01am On Aug 23, 2015
Emeka's philosophy is dangerous and without diplomacy. All his utterances puts Anioma in a bad position.
He spends a lot of energy displaying strong anti-SE tendencies that doesn't help the Anioma cause.
He hangs the blame of the Nigerian troops' massacres on Anioma communities on the heads of the Biafran troops.
He spends time spinning tales of how Aniomas are from Benin (as if these origin arguments have helped anybody), he at one time reduced the whole of Issele Uku to a security outpost of ancient imperialist Bini to buttress his point.

Then I googled him to discover that he grow up and schooled in Lagos from nursery up to university level, he also worked with some magazines and newspapers in Southwest.

In the spirit of democracy, the people should decide whether they want to remain in the country or not.
A referendum is the way, my people.

Part 2 is not for the citizens per say but for our leaders and staff that serve the people of Nigeria. Having fiscal discipline in government prevents wasted money on bailouts, makes sure civil servants are paid and insures monies allotted to development projects are used wisely.
I now totally get your point.

abdulaz:
Incest is a grievous crime in Islam. She should have known the consequences of her actions before hand.
Though her brothers do not have the right to pass judgment on her, a competent sharia court ruling would have been better.
You do not criticize the beheading of the girl because of alleged incest with a cousin!
While other users show how grievous one beheading one's sister is, you talk about how grievous incest is, in sharia.

Would a 'competent' sharia court ever find those who commit honour killing guilty?
In sharia, the bereaved family has the privilege of 'forgiving' the person(s) who murdered their kin, a situation where the family is the murderer, the victim never gets justice.

Everybody under sharia is a victim to it, sharia uses you as its unpaid enforcer and the next moment you are the victim when another unpaid overzealous enforcer detaches your head from your body without fair hearing.

ISIS is just one overzealous sharia enforcer, boko haram is another.

Most of the other laws in this world are engineered towards stopping man from destroying man in the long run, but sharia law very much easily allows the destruction of man to preserve culture and religion.
In sharia, culture is more important than man.

Honour killing, a phenomenon observed only where Islam is unchecked.
These people are stripped away of their humanity, no love at all.

Was the cousin also beheaded?

That's what we need War on Indisipline part 2 wink
War on indiscipline 1 was a degrading scheme that reduced people to cattle that need to be flogged for there to be order.
It promoted indiscipline in itself, the truest form of discipline is one from person that sees being discipline as a civic responsibility not because he doesn't want to be flogged.

Did you know that Scotland is a country in its own right? They are in a union with England, Wales and Northern Ireland called UK. This is different from Igbo's case, which is about a tribe of Nigeria which is entirely surrounded by Nigeria seeking a violent break-up of the indivisible country.
This is a tribe seeking a non violent exit from a forced union with other tribes surrounding it, I see nothing that makes the seeking of independence based on tribe inherently violent, the Pakistani breakaway from India was based on tribe.
Being surrounded does not stop a country from being independent, e.g Lesotho.

James Ibori was better than the average Nigerian politician, He is better than Uduaghan.
But he stole and there is evidence he did, so the people should exercise restraint, so as not to pass a bad impression to their prospective leaders.

We are better than this.

Instead of showing our fears for the Born to rule sect, why not champion the training of Igbo Engineers and Nuclear Scientist if there is anything like that, so that they can qualify to manage the plant when it is installed or built.

The only way Igbos can be relevant in Nigeria again is for them to champion advanced technology in Nigeria. They can only do so by Identifying skills for advanced and future technology and begin to train manpower to take charge of those technologies when they finally arrive.

Being prepared doesn't mean we should Identify the ills of our colleagues and cry about them for pity and help from foreigners but rather, out smarting them in any mischievous scheme if at all any exist.

Stop crying and hating and start planning.
We should own the brain and start reasoning.
And you think the born-to-rule will not staff the power stations will their ill-trained people?

U remind me of Saro wiwa & Isaac boro.
Wiwa & Boro fought against the Igboz cos they believed in the promise that he would be heavenly compensiated for hiz effortz. One died & the other lived afta the war. Landz belonging to the Igboz were seized & given back to the indigenez.
Saro waz happy but never knew he waz played in the game of chess where he waz a pawn & not a knight, rook or bishop. He later found out too too late that out of hiz father'z inheritance, he waz given only a 0.000000000000000000000001 of what the "least average northerner waz getting" & also he fought solely for the Ogoniz liberation.
Hehehe...it waz so surprising to Saro that "them wey get oyel be.cum slavez to people wey dey live for desert" so to ram, how a stranger go dey chop their own foodhuh huh
Truss the powers that be to shut him up even with the help of the outside world...yes, forget the "so-called" claim of the int'l press or human rightz, they are all cheatz & they know how to play the game of "pretense & hypocrisy"----the whitez know how to pitch a brotha vs another brotha. They have done it countless of timez in Asia, the MiddleEast & Africa is no different.

Few dayz to hiz xcecution, Ojukwu visited him & reminded him that the same people he fought for that made him(Saro) to turn hiz back on hiz friendz are the same people that have not only put him in jail, but are the same people that are about to execute him that week.
For a man like Saro, he would have wished he could turn back the handz of time/clock but it waz too too late for that as they "kpa-kpa-kpa-kpa-kpa-kpa the guy for the world to see hiz shameful passing-on.

The SS is divided into many groupz so it is left for them to decide what each individual groupz want for themselvez.....

@OP,
U were bursted baaaaad.....nex tym, go learn how to impersonate someone b4 they lit the fire on u
Some SSners have been made to believe that the Igbos have an expansionist agenda by the Ibadan-lagos expressway media propaganda, but history has it that it was the Yorubas (kiriji war comes to mind), Hausa-fulanis and Binis that were forcing their neighbours into their empires and caliphates. The Igbo kingdoms on the other hand respected each other's boundaries, though kingdoms like Nri had very strong influence, they did not colonise anybody.

When did Nnamdi Kalu become a mouthpiece of the Igbos?
Prominent Hausa-fulani leaders have made very strong anti south statements, but nobody transfers aggression to the common northerner.

Some Igbos don't support Biafra, we must respect that fact.

How else can you resurrect dead biafra if not through force of arms, especially as a huge chunk of them are not even in favour of breaking away and so is the rest of Nigeria?
Did you organise a poll to know if a majority of Igbo don't want Biafra?
This is a democracy and its the 21st century, let there be a referendum after a debate where prominent people for and against Biafra will come on Tv and try to convince the people.
This is what happened in the UK.
