In 2019, Igbos supported Atiku Abubakar another Fulani man.


For the first time in history of Nigeria, in 2023, Igbos saw quality in Peter Obi and decided to support Obi even against all odds of him winning under an unknown party, and the only thing Yorubas could do was tag it tribalism because Igbos didn't abandon another more qualified Igbo man to support an old, sick, corrupt Yoruba man called Tinubu.

Meanwhile an Igbo man haven't occupied Presidential office nor Vice, still Yorubas took it upon themselves that 2023 Presidency is their turn again and instead of wooing and appealing to Igbos, they are threatening Igbos and calling Igbos tribalist for supporting an over qualified Igbo man for President in 2023.
