Yes, they asked for my details and I provided. The installer guy called me on whatsapp too.

Omoh. Just do 2-3 rooms with bunk beds and house rules. Charge daily/weekly/monthly.

Europe sabi this thing. They understand strength in unity. Almost like they've lived through the issues and now know better than any other continent. I just hope that they wish the same for other continents though.

I use GTB and Zenith have never received such a message from GTB, except from Zenith Bank. This happened when foreign funds earned from my subscription-based SaaS platform was credited to my account through a payment gateway called Paddle.

I received a call from their head office, explained the source of the funds, and sent them the invoice from Paddle. The issue was resolved within an hour. Since then, I have never experienced such an issue with Zenith Bank again.

Why can't we be professional in our submissions? Some people on this forum need to learn how to make an argument and drive home their point. For someone who claims to be a financial expert, this post is just too opinionated and emotional, and it lacks both expertise and knowledge.

I watched the video. Rufai asked a question, and the supposed presenter analyst did not answer. Instead, he chose to argue and return the question to Rufai. It's either the presenter has limited knowledge, or he just wanted to argue. Why would you be presenting something and not want to answer questions?

I will tell you what i did that worked for me and how I would probably do it today if I wanted to land a job or freelance.

What worked for me: Most of my full-time employment jobs came from LinkedIn. I always made sure I was among the first people to apply for a job. I applied almost as soon as the Job was posted. LinkedIn was my most used app then and It became a habit for me to refresh the LinkedIn job section. There is a way to set the type of jobs you are interested in and LinkedIn will only show such jobs in the Jobs section.

How I would do it today if I were looking to work as an employee or freelance:

Employee route: I would prioritize targeting than mass applying. Try to know your target audiece/employers/businesses and where they're located, then find out who's actually in charge of hiring or operations there, LinkedIn can help with this. Also, showing up to the location and speaking with the hiring manager directly might hit different than just another online application. Sell yourself and your skills in person, and if you want to lower their risk even more, offer to work free for a month so they can actually see what you can do before committing to anything.

Freelance route: I would prioritize strategic content creation than just cold applying everywhere. Try to get clear on who your target businesses actually are, then build familiarity and trust with them by showing your past work, case studies, results you've gotten etc, and then offer to develop their ideas at an affordable price. This can be done organically (just posting your builds, breakdowns, results) or through running ads on whatever platform your audience hangs out on. Your AI/WhatsApp systems could be good case study material for this, might be worth leading with those.

Both paths basically boil down to the same thing: go directly to the people who need what you build.
